I'm amazed! I took a free class (they're very generous!), and now I'm kind of addicted...I love Alchemy because of the consistency AND variety. It's great knowing what to expect--with simple workout equipment, which keeps the focus on using your core--but also knowing that each class will be unique, with endless varieties of circuits and full-body movements. I can already feel myself getting stronger!!

Love love love Alchemy!! I've been a member of the LoHi location since they opened and I've had nothing but great things to say about the organization, philosophy of training, the coaches and community. Truly exceptional. Highly recommend, especially if you want quality workouts that are also quick and to the point. I love yoga and HIIT, match made in heaven! All three locations are very awesome.

Guess being new means they’re gonna milk you for every penny. Signed up for a membership went to a couple of classes which were, admittedly pretty decent. Had to start traveling for work and reached out to cancel. After several back and forths in which I learned far too much about their “policy” the ended up charging me two additional months of membership despite me making it clear I would t have the time nor the interest in coming to further classes.Christy, after taking 6 days to respond to my request for cancellation instead of the stated 72 hours in their *beloved* policy said that unfortunately the best they could do after having charged me full price for September was charge for the basic membership for October.Workouts are good- but there’s a lot of that. Sad to see that doesn’t come with a shred of integrity regarding how the business is run. I would dispute the charge but they’d evidently go out of business because that $69 charge is make or break.Do not recommend.

Great location, great space/equipment, and amazing coaches! The class format is a yoga/plyometrics style warm-up followed by ~20 minutes of HIIT. The exercises vary by day/class type (Cardio, Strength (Upper/Lower/Full), Circuit, Barbell, etc) and seem very effective (the classes definitely kick my butt, but you can modify as needed so that it's manageable).Devyn is very high energy and will get you motivated to push yourself in the class. Finally, the people attending the classes are very friendly as well. Seems like a fun community!

Me and my friend Bernie went to one of Devyn’s classes this week and it totally exceeded our expectations. Great workout, clean studio, and an incredible coach! I could definitely see myself becoming a regular here.
