Excellent first class. Used to be really into CrossFit, but as I've gotten older, I've slowed down a bit and the CrossFit regimen and intensity didn't get along with my body. This programming seems to capture the quality of workout from CrossFit, without all the uncomfortable competition. Loved it!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for two months. I have gone in person and they told me I needed to do it online. I have gone online and submitted several inquiries. I have used the chat function and left my info. I have called and left voicemails. No one has reached out and they conveniently still get paid every month. This company is a total scam.

I have been doing this type of group training... hiit/CrossFit/weightlifting classes at a number of different types of gyms for the last 8 years, and I have to say that this gym is at the top of my list. The classes are great and coaches are very engaged (no cell phone scrolling/staring off into space), the combination of the CrossFit type training and yoga is a wonderful pair for me. And if you want to get into heavier weights they have barbell class. Definitely worth a trial class.

Love this place! I tried out most of the top studios around Denver and this was by far my favorite. Incredibly balanced workouts and great people. The real gems at this gym are the coaches though. I’ve had pre-existing shoulder issues and they’ve been incredibly helpful when it comes to modifying my workouts accordingly.

Amazing well knowledgeable staff, professionally curated workouts, well maintained studios. I love this place...Some days they put additional classes to teach your proper technique like pullup clinics etc.Workouts are the best, each session starts with an intense warmup period that includes dynamic yoga flows and ends with proper stretching and even shavasana.The reason why I'm writing this review is and I'm being honest, i benefitted greatly so don't hesitate just do it. you will be better a version of yourself in both physical and mental state.

This place is incredible! Perfect balance of warm-up, stretching, HIIT and strength, and yoga. I was referred by a friend who loved the workouts, and instantly became addicted.Christy and Devyn are awesome instructors and focus on motivating, results but also proper form. Would recommend to anyone!

I was sold after my first free trial class! Friendly and knowledgeable coaches, engaging workouts, and a great community feel. The space is also really clean and there's plenty of room to spread out during workouts. Class flies by every time and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout.

In the past I had a really hard time finding a gym with workouts that felt sustainable/diverse enough to do on a regular basis for a long time. And then I found Alchemy! It combines yoga, strength, and cardio in every workout, so I never feel like I'm neglecting my flexibility by strictly doing cardio, or neglecting my strength by strictly doing yoga.

This is my favorite gym of all time! Great combo of yoga for mobility and strength/cardio. The workouts change daily (cardio/circuit/body build), the gym has showers, changing rooms, bathrooms, towels, hair holders, the works. The floors and plyo boxes are padded so it's a super cushy place to work out. The instructors are super helpful and friendly and the whole gym has a very warm, community feel. I really appreciate that cool down and stretching are part of the workout, my mobility and flexibility have gotten better along with my strength and endurance.

Great workouts. Great Staff! I have tried a lot of workout classes and this comes in near the top of my list. The main reason being it is an incredible workout -- I consider myself relatively fit, but these workouts pushed me and made me sore for days afterwards. I definitely recommend mixing in some of the A10s, A20s in with the Build Body classes to have some balance and give your muscles a chance to recover while still working out.
