Jordan Frasier helped me from the very beginning to the very end. I wish I could give them more stars! Whatever they’re paying him isn’t enough. He is beyond personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me and explain things to me every step of the way. It’s hard to find customer service the way he presents it. Not only did my equipment get fixed, but done so quicker than anticipated. He even found other issues that I had no idea about. His communication skills and work ethic are a rare find.

AIS is the company behind the website "instock Denver". I purchased a Ridgid tube bender for a pretty good price and was able to pick it up in person instead of waiting for days. There was a bit of confusion over whether I had paid for the item or not (I had), but the people were nice and I would purchase from them again. Most of the tools on the showroom floor are things you just wouldn't find at a big-box retailer. I had fun just seeing what all they had - including a 4-1/2" socket!

I recently brought some tools to AIS for inspection and possible repair. After spending a fair amount of time inspecting each of them, it was determined that no repair was necessary. I was charged nothing. I will be back.

Found AIS by googling Tool Repair. Cannot not say enough good things about this company and employees Dan (mgr), Darryl and Ashleigh. Had problem with cross threaded router. AIS was able to chase the threads, thus saving an expensive spindle replacement. Most impressed that everyone I interacted with took an obvious and much appreciated interest in getting me back up and running in a short time. Never heard of this company or its extensive tool and supply showroom, let alone the tool repair department. I will absolutely be back!
