I loved AIR! I wish they would move one to Texas because it was the absolute best. I went to two classes and both instructors were great. I like how they teach one new pose a week.

Highly recommend Krystyl’s Sunday flow class. Especially creative sequencing and teaching style. All the classes and trainers are really fun!
