I love their body wash and always get impeccable customer service. Yesterday I had a weird encounter with the saleswoman when I was restocking my soap. Usually they allow me to get several samples of different products including more body wash. The woman yesterday made a weird remark about not being eco friendly for wanting the samples and only gave me two tiny ones and suggesting I just pay for the "travel size" body wash. This is after I just paid $100 for two bottles of soap.

I love the skincare products, clean and quality ingredients. My skin feels and looks radiant. David was so helpful , knowledgeable and attentive to making sure I got the best skincare system. Great experience!

Having used Aesop's product before (which were fantastic by the way), I stopped by the store to purchase some oral care products, which were sadly out of stock. However, the store employees went out of their way to search for an unopened travel sized kit of the product I came looking for, and offered it for free in the meantime and noted my contact information down in case the product became available. I'll absolutely be stopping by this store again whenever I get the call!

I visited the store to try some of the fragrances. Frankie was super helpful. He was very friendly and made my testing and purchasing experience great! I would definitely return to this store for future tryouts and purchases.

An employee named Frankie was so amazing, helpful, and gives such a heightened experience to the store! Aesop is a great brand with very high end products.

Love this store. Don't remember the girls names that worked there but they were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the products I was interested in. Took my friend there who doesn't know much about a skin care routine and the benefits and they sold him on a large order of great products and shed a new light on the importance of high quality skin products.

I love their products!! My skin cleared up within weeks with their Parsley Seed line. I only wish the chick at the store would stop gatekeeping the sample bar. She really embarrassed me when she snapped at me in front of the other customers for trying the sample body lotion.

Very rude, budge me from the lotion section and stated can you move I'm going to show them some product. I was buying a birthday gift for my mom. I work in area and wanted to check out the new spot unfortunately 3 min in and it turned upside down.
