Took over a hour to be seen whole I waited in the back room. Staff ignored me,didn't ask what all was wrong with me I've been turned away cause they couldn't help me or see me.the only helpful one was a man name Nathan he was the only was to check on me an took his time to help me so thank you to Nathan, for showing you care.

One of the customer service people contacted me explaining what was what's going on because I did have a bill that was ridiculous but it wasn't from their end but another. She was able to help me out. She's amazing so that you so much.

I have been here a couple of times and each visit has been great!! The staff is extremely friendly and they all seem to care about you and your health. They aren't very busy if you go in around 4 p.m. or later. They have handicapped parking, a restroom, and an entrance. They have a public restroom. They keep the place very clean too. I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care especially if you have Medicaid. Definitely will be using their services in the future!!

Highly recommend this urgent care! Crystal, the medical assistant, was so lovely and professional. She made me feel comfortable while performing several tests and had a smile on her face the whole time. The provider, Cassandra, was also very friendly and thorough while doing her exam. Everyone I encountered seemed like they truly cared about my visit, which is nice, especially when not feeling well.

Excellent service. They treated me like a person. This is a big deal because it’s hard to get quality care as a black person. They address every concern and ask a lot of questions to get you the help you really need.

Got me right in ?. No hoky pokey, Dr diagnosed me, prescribed the medication for it and two days later my foot and ankle are on the road to recovery and feeling better already. Do yourself a favor and come here for your quick medical needs.

We were all very impressed with the Dr. taking his time to explain what he thought was going on with our mom. We left the office feeling good that all our questions had been answered. Also the patience and professional staff member who admitted our mom that morning, just a overall great experience that morning!.

I did have to wait beyond my appt time but only because they had to contact my insurance first (first visit here). I recommend preregistering. Thank you for taking the time to examine me and to give me a holistic care plan!

Their fast , friendly , took good care of me , easy to talk to and I was out the door without any issues less then a hour . They sent my meds to the closest pharmacy and then on my way home . I would recommend this place to anyone.
