Incredibly difficult lab to work with. Needed serum frozen to -70 degree Celsius and sent overnight on 6 lbs of dry ice. Fed Ex is the only carrier they would accept. Cost $190 just to ship the serum samples to them. Then, test requires 18 business days. Here I am a month later, with 6 different email and phone call exchanges and I still do not have the test results. Really not worth it.
