If you buy something, make sure to try it on first! If it doesnt fit, they could not care less that you owned the garment for less than 24 hours, you have shopped there before, and they were "too busy" with one other customer to let you know of their policy! I will not shop at Adornments again, ever.

this used to have the most unique clothing that was one of a kind. Made a special 2 hr trip and was shocked at all the boring clothes. Not so special anymore. I won't go back and it's sad. Prices still over the top for nothing special or artistic.

Just bought my mom a Christmas gift in this shop, the ladies knew her by name and knew exactly what she wanted. It is a great local women’s clothing shop! Rare to find these days.

I have been shopping here for years. I have had nothing but excellent service and attention. Consuelo and her team are top notch with beautiful clothing. I love the look that I have acquired over the years by shopping at this boutique. I recommend it to everybody I know who loves women's clothing.

I have bought numerous items at this boutique and will continue to do so. Staff has always been accommodating when I need to return items, but rarely have I returned an item. Shocked by any negative reviews because sale items are always final. And, it's Cherry Creek North, not Walmart people.

I love this boutique. I always find unusual things for every season. The owner is especially helpful . She always knows just what would be flattering on me. I miss going there during this pandemic. But hopefully they will be open again soon!!!!!

I love this store. They have something for everyone and are incredibly helpful. The nice thing about a small store is that if they get new clothes in from a line you like, they will call to let you know. I'm only sorry I don't live as close as I used to!

Don't make a mistake at this store! I shopped the Cherry Creek Side Walk Sale yesterday, and made a mistake in my purchase at Adornments. To be fair, this is a nice boutique with pretty, if overpriced, fashion for all ages, tending toward 30s and up. The staff is friendly and accommodating to some extent. Do NOT, however, make the mistake I did. I have to wait for sales to afford nice clothing, thus was shopping the $25-$50 rack, and moved on to check out the 50% off rack. The keen sale attendant with impeccable taste showed me a beautiful shirt I got a little too excited about. After trying on my items, I was running short on time and failed to notice the beautiful shirt was way more than the other items I had chosen, and sadly, out of my price range. I went back first thing this morning to beg and plead for a single exception to the store policy printed on the receipt: No Returns on Accessories or Sale Items. While the final tally raised my eyebrow, I never saw the printed policy because the cashier put my receipt inside my tissue packed shirts, with a sticker seal around it. I never saw the policy until I unwrapped the shirts at home. Despite pleading with the four ladies setting up this morning's sale, there was going to be NO EXCEPTIONS MADE. These ladies are tough. Was I a chump for not making her hand me the receipt at check-out so I could study it, and letting her bury it in my clothing? Yes. Was it ultimately my fault for not noticing the beautiful shirt suggested by the nice sale attendant was far more than the others? Yes. Will I return to this boutique or recommend it to friends or out-of-town guests as I previously used to. No. It's unfortunate that not a single exception can be made even one time at the expense of losing a customer who does write reviews and does share shopping and beauty experiences. It's a shame that all lessons have to be hard lessons. But this was definitely one. My guess is that customers who need to shop the sale are dispensable, so I'll take the hint and shop at boutiques where the lessons aren't quite so hard. The staff at this store has the mistaken impression that all other boutiques have the same policy, which is patently incorrect.

Hand customers shopping sale items their receipts and explicitly point out the harsh return policy. Do not bury the receipt for sale items inside the clothing packed with tissue and a sticker on it.
