W.O.W there aren’t enough words to describe the team at Action Computers AND THE SELECTION!!!First, the pricing is phenomenal. From laptops, computer screens, towers, and all the accessories you can dream of. This place had it all at incredible prices. (Even better than Amazon!) They had everything you could need for an elaborate set up or the smallest single screen set up.Second, can we just talk about the amazing Dean??? I walked in and told him my desired final budget, what I needed, and he made it happen and then some. I couldn’t believe the care and concern he had for my budget and ensuring I had the proper set up. He is the definition of “shop small” because Amazon could NEVER make me feel the way he did!He truly cared about giving me the biggest bang for my buck as a sad college student looking to upgrade for medical school.Choose this place. Because I’ll choose is every time I need something for as long as we live in CO!

I never leave reviews but the employee with long curly hair was very rude and condescending to me so I felt obligated to say something. He was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I will never return!

The laptop they fixed had a touch screen when I gave it to them. It came back without the touch screen. The communication at the store was great in person, however it took more than a month to replace the hinge and put on the new screen, because they didn't start fixing it right away when I agreed to the estimate. I will not be going back to this business again, and I do not recommend them.

I recommend to buy from a bigger named store because you go a spend $300 to $700 or whatever with this place and walk away and the product isn't what you like or need you can't get you G*D D*MN money back. It's a rip off! A best Buy or whatever will honor your return if that's what you're looking for. No security here with your purchase!!

We should judge businesses by how they react when things don't go perfectly.The staff at Action Computers was extremely helpful when selecting and purchasing a new Dell laptop. They didn't try to oversell me or include extras I didn't need. The result was that I got a great machine for a great value.More importantly, when the screen stopped working a month later (a common problem with the model I bought, turns out, not their fault) they immediately exchanged it and even swapped the harddrive for me at no cost while I waited despite the fact that they were very busy because I needed the machine repaired that day. No way the Geek Squad gives you that kind of service, and you certainly can't find it at an online retailer.I've been a customer for years and I would highly recommend Action Computers for great products, great value, and truly outstanding service.Thanks Action Computers!

Flawless team with flawless service!I recently visited this Actions Computers Inc. Due to issues with my WiFi card not being detected following a clean install of Windows. The team provided a detailed diagnosis and quoted a fair price of around $100 to fix the issue and remove any unnecessary bloatware, promising a turnaround time of about a day. Impressively, within just 30 minutes of leaving my laptop with them, I received a call informing me that they had already resolved the issue and my laptop was ready for pickup. In a display of remarkable honesty and integrity, they charged me only a minimal fee instead of the initially agreed $100. This gesture truly sets them apart, demonstrating their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this shop for their speedy, reliable service and ethical business practices.

I rarely write reviews, but sometimes they are warranted. I am a complete ignoramus when it comes to computers and tech...veritably an analog man living in a digital world. So when I had need of a budget friendly 2-in-1 laptop for a very specific application I thought I would give Action Computers a try. I'm so glad I did! Dean came up with the perfect solution for me at a great price. Even though my needs and budget were very small he took the time to listen to what I needed, providing both great service and a great option. Moreover, in this disposable, throw-away world it is refreshing to see a business that makes an effort to restore and reuse items that might otherwise end up languishing in a landfill.

My laptop died and the first inexpensive laptop I brought to them. They called me soon after I dropped it off and said no this is Microsoft S. You should get a different machine. So I went and got a better laptop from Best Buy. They are quite a bit cheaper for data transfer than Best Buy. I brought it in yesterday for the data transfer and they were able to do it in 24 hours and help me get some basic things loaded on the PC before I left the store. Overall great experience.

The place should be renamed "Slick Willie's". If you buy be sure you test their products before you leave the front door as that's where your service support ends and problems begin. I was given a "new charger" for a windows laptop and it never worked when I got it home. Then the USB port would not work either. Terrible place and avoid at all cost!

My daughter needed a tower PC and she mentioned Action Computers, but felt she would not know how best to describe her needs. While I live in Loveland, I "googled" the firm and, using the phone # listed, gave them a call. Dean answered and listened carefully as I gave him my daughter's name & explained what I would look for in a refurbished Dell tower PC if I were buying it for myself. He was most helpful, saying they had a number of items that fit that description and he would alert the staff to expect this specific customer. My daughter called me a few days later after she had visited the store, telling me how wonderfully she had been treated and how pleased she was with her 'new'/refurbished computer. She got a great buy (which incl. the display) at a very reasonable price. She could not be more pleased with her purchase. Thanks, Dean, for your excellent customer service.

Dean was amazingly helpful at this well stocked shop! I know little about computers and needed something simple and affordable to finish an online course I’m taking and Dean walked me through everything. He was patient and knowledgeable taking the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. I was able to get what I needed at the price I wanted. Thank you! Will be back for sure!
