I trusted this place once this year to do my 2023 taxes. I did them on February 20 and it is June 26…. I personally went to the State Department and I realized that these people never sent my statements... It is very sad that they do this to the families that we trust in them. If they had done their job well, they would have helped prevent my daughters and my daughter from being left on the streets. I... They know very well what they do and they don't answer their phones and they block the messages you can send them. I will NOT return and I DO NOT recommend that you go and trust these people. I hope that one day the authorities realize what they do and have their opinions. consequences since the service is not free, I paid for a service, it is a shame that there are disastrous heartless people like these... I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GROWS EVERY DAY MORE AND YOU NEVER HAVE DIFFICULTIES AND KARMA NEVER REACHES YOU

They do not answer phone calls, emails or texts. Not a reliable place. Do not recommend at all.

They sent someone else Taxes under my name. Now I have to fix something that I didn’t do. When trying to fix the issue, the secretary kept telling me that they were busy to fix their own negligence. The owner never responded to my emails, texts or phone calls. Would not recommend at all.

Went there to get a quote for insurance on my truck the owner was there and made me wait for 10 minutes (also want to clarify that he was not busy with other clients) he was in the other room making himself an orange juice after he finished with his juice he grabbed a bag of burritos and walked out the building to hand them out to some guy in the parking lot after that he walked back in sat down opened a burrito and started eating while he was checking my paperwork just to tell me they couldn’t get me any coverage for my vehicle cause I required a commercial insuranceI can’t even imagine how he gets taxes done !!! FYI this is a true review
