I walked in at 12:30 p.m. to get an estimate. The front lady did not ask for my name to place me in line. Three people who got there after me were attended. I finally was attended at 2:00 p.m. just for an estimate. The agent did not ask any questions. I feel that the quoted amount was not accurate. I do not reccommend if they are not putting the effort

I honestly cannot believe I ever gave this place my business. Extremely unprofessional. I tried calling to ask for a copy of my taxes from last year and they tried charging me $13... to send me an email??? The lady that answered laughed at me when I asked if she was being serious. I have had friends in similar situations and they have been able to get copies of theirs through email within 15 minutes. This upcoming tax season I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
No reccomiendo este lugar. Por el precio y el nivel de respeto que dan al cliente hay lugares mucho mejor.

Dont like how they're so careless about how theyre filing ppl’s taxes, there’s two ppl i currently know that they messed up their taxes, i understand it takes 8-12 weeks to fix, but one of the persons i know had to wait until the next tax year to get her tax return due to their carelessness. But when we call they “arent” to see them fix the problem in front of them to see that they actually fixed it.

Horrible place, please find somewhere else! save yourself the headache. Never answer phone calls or voicemail. Read the rest of the bad reviews and you will see its hard to contact them.

I trusted this place once this year to do my 2023 taxes. I did them on February 20 and it is June 26…. I personally went to the State Department and I realized that these people never sent my statements... It is very sad that they do this to the families that we trust in them. If they had done their job well, they would have helped prevent my daughters and my daughter from being left on the streets. I... They know very well what they do and they don't answer their phones and they block the messages you can send them. I will NOT return and I DO NOT recommend that you go and trust these people. I hope that one day the authorities realize what they do and have their opinions. consequences since the service is not free, I paid for a service, it is a shame that there are disastrous heartless people like these... I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GROWS EVERY DAY MORE AND YOU NEVER HAVE DIFFICULTIES AND KARMA NEVER REACHES YOU

They sent someone else Taxes under my name. Now I have to fix something that I didn’t do. When trying to fix the issue, the secretary kept telling me that they were busy to fix their own negligence. The owner never responded to my emails, texts or phone calls. Would not recommend at all.
