Was in a pinch and needed snow melt for my building. Alan was so helpful. He brought the five gallon bucket to my car in the snow. Places like Ace with people like Alan make snowy dreary days so much brighter.

This is my plug to visit our local ACE. Earlier this week they helped me find a particular type of screw to fit my MIRROR after I was lost for five minutes searching on my own. Today I picked up a toilet seat and left with free popcorn. These folks are eager to help, knowledgeable and as they told me, also stock everyday items like paper towels and cleaning supplies.

Wasn’t very helpful when I walked in looking for something specific. I literally stood by the counter listening to them ask everyone around me if they needed help while ignoring my presence. I guess depending on who you are the staff decides if they will help you or ignore you.

The service in this store is excellent. Alan helped me yesterday as he has in the past and he was great. No request too simple, like finding caps for newly made keys, is rejected. This store is a great resource for the LoDo neighborhood and beyond.

One of the largest Ace I've been to in Denver. Got some Keys made, 2 in about 2 minutes. Easy, fast, and I'll be back for the garden section.
