Wow. I love walking into a store and being followed and watched like I’m a thief. Profile much? When they ask me “Can I help you?” And I say no then that would mean I’m all set. So why are you standing next to me watching my every move. One worker at one end of the aisle, and one at the other, both watching me and doing nothing. I hate being profiled, especially by some stuck up washed up old miserable lonly people. They are disrespectful, rude, and when I’m in the isle they say, are you done? You all need to learn how to treat people, maybe retrain in customer service. Next time you can bet I won’t be so polite and try to kill then with kindness. It got me nowhere, so next time and there will be a next time I will not be so polite. They will get the reaction they want

This is a great place to find hardware related items. There is always someone to assist. Their online ordering and pick up works very well.

This is the hardware store your dad AND mom went to. Personal, informative and your neighborhood source. More decorative lights than the rest, as well as cleaning supplies.

I went in looking for 2 specific items. The young man didn't just give me vague aisle directions. He stopped what he was doing, walked me to where they were, and discussed the project with me. I was so impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you!

Cashier was extremely rude while I was just trying to buy 2 simple items. Had no interaction with her before, so she had no reason to treat me this way othernthan just being a terrible worker

There’s a very unfriendly woman with no personality at this ACE hardware. . .I went in to purchase a Birthday card for my daughter because they carry my favorite greeting cards. However, I was met at the register with this woman who not only didn’t greet me but wouldn’t even make eye contact. She asks if I’m a member, I say no, then remembered I am. ( I’m not a frequent shopper). When I said I was, she said it was too late that she was passed that screen, still no smile or eye contact. She was pure rude! As she scanned my one item, I walked out without a word. Unfortunately we can’t train ppl to be kind and friendly.
