They sold me presused tape and the dryer vent broke like it 99 cents sell cheap shit overpriced asf that breaks and comes used won't be shopping here anymore how am I supposed to my laundry with this cheap ass dryer exhaust hose better to go to Lowe's or home Depot ace and what it uses to be just overpriced junk

Everyone is always soo very helpful! They have a rule. It takes wo to say no. If one person can't find it or doesn't know, they'll ask another associate before telling you no. By far the nicest, easiest Ace location I ho to.

I believe the gentleman I talked to was Todd Lindholm. He was very informative and helped me immensely with my project Anne finding the correct tools for the job. Highly recommend the men and women at the store. Very professional.

This place is the best! The staff who work here, especially Ray, are so kind and helpful, and always have a solution or recommendation if they don’t have the tool you need (which is rare).

Not a single acknowledgement from walking in the door to the register. Spent 5 minutes looking down 3 different isles, Can't find staff except 1 or 2 people at register, Bad attitudes at that. ABSOLUTELY NOT THE HELPFUL HARDWARE FOLKERS!!!! 2nd to worst ace I've ever visited as far as staff. ( An ace is ace and carries overpriced convenience like any other ace, not recommended if you have another choice nearby )

I love coming to this store, they always have such great people in who are nice and understanding and very helpful. But I just had a bad experience with one of your workers today just a few moments ago. I asked her about the price difference cause I wanted to purchase somthing cheap since I'm broke right now. But when I asked about it she just told well that's what the price is. I was taken about how rude she was I was just trying to understand. And she then retracted by saying oh it must be misplaced and so I said we'll there's a whole row of them there and she dinit say another word to me and was just rude. I don't care about the price or the product but be kind your not at home talking to your cousin your talking to a customer it's called customer service if you don't like being nice to people find a different job. But I thought I should atleast let your company know about your attitude twords customers so they can hopefully do somthing about it cause I come here all the time and have really good conversations with all the other workers here there great people just not you.

I have been an Ace customer for many years. They have a very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a lock for a desk, and the staff went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I love Ace!

So many things are locked and you have to have someone get it for you. Then they won’t even let you carry your purchase around the store. Makes shopping a really negative experience.
