I had such an amazing experience with Issac. Previously, three different places said they could not help me replace a car key battery, but Issac knew how! And he was so nice, one of the most fun times at the hardware store ever! Thanks again ?

Perfect neighborhood hardware store.
A little bit of everything.
Usually has just what I need to clean or fix or replace (today was light bulbs, toilet bowl cleaner and gardening gloves).

This location has more employees than it does customers but not a single one asked me if i needed help. I know when i go to the other locations I'm asked if i need help like every 5 min ok probably not that much but they do ask. Last thing is IDk how Ace competes with the other supply stores with their prices sky high...

Great store, reminds me of the old local hardware stores when I was growing up! Even equipped with bargain bins!! I was looking at an on sale item that unfortunately was out of stock. However Luis was insistent to making it right for me. I left a very happy customer. Thank you!

I’ve spent a lot of time around hardware stores. Never worked in one but somehow a lot of my immediate and extended family have been involved with them. And the thing that sets them (the good ones) apart from the box stores, is really the people and the service. I’ve been to probably 4 different Aces around Denver and this one wins. Not because of the location, size, parking, visibility etc. Nah, it really comes down to the people. This store has the coolest, most helpful staff I’ve experienced of any hardware store. The people are knowledgeable, quick, efficient, hardworking and have easily earned my business no matter where I’m living in the city. Special shout out to Aaron and Issac for helping me time and time and time again. You guys are great, thank you!

Good selection, convenient location.
I once gave a 4 star for this place but the cashier with braces, that couldn't get off her phone to type in my rewards number or have a conversation with me ruined that.

Trying hard to do the best they can while being low staffed. Always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to right a wrong if a mistake is made on their part. Lots of cool stuff to look at, too! I am really glad this store is here! I sometimes come just to get out and socialize. p.s.Google or online hasn't been to this store, so don't believe them when they say this store has something. Just calling the store has given me more accurate information. It's even better if I just go in, because sometimes I might not describe item right, and if I go in, I know what I'm looking for, and most of the time I find it.
