We had an absolutely flawless experience - we trusted Abby Sparks Jewelry to take care of our precious heirloom diamond and redesign it to be the one of a kind ring it is today! During the consultation, they were so supportive, open, and listened to every inspiration I had. Together we created a beautiful sun burst design that was exactly what I envisioned. I am incredibly happy with the result.

Abby and her team worked with us to design my beautiful unique engagement ring. I had pictures of what I had in mind and they put together several drawings for me to choose from. I didn’t know purple sapphires existed, but they let me pick my stone so I got just the right shade. I love my ring and am so glad my fiancé chose them.

TRUE ARTISTRY AND IMPECCABLE PROCESS. Working with Abby & Maddie to create a custom ring was a flawless experience. You will notice when you review their portfolio that there is a tremendous range of styles -- it is because they are so skilled at listening to the client, and creating something that is a true reflection of the client's style. I am blown away by how beautiful my ring is. My fiancé and I enjoyed the process so much, and cannot get over how stunning the result is. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Poor Service and Quality , just found out you have been scamming us all with your fake diamonds Have had tested elsewhere and they showed me the unethical scam that is the normal lab diamond at 1/4 the cost to what this scam is with ashes diamond, the gemologist and valuer showed me the paperwork and there is no possible way to even do such a thing

My experience with Abby Sparks jewelry was nothing less than exceptional. I was searching for a memorial ring online but could not find the style that I truly loved. I came across Abby Sparks on social media and fell in love with their amazing portfolio of all custom rings. Each was so unique and told its own story. I reached out through email to see if a memorial ring would be something they would be willing to do (they typically create stunning engagement rings.) They responded immediately, and I was so excited they agreed to work with me. I scheduled my online design meeting through their website. I met with Abby and Maddie through Zoom. They made me feel so comfortable and showed a true interest in my story. Within a week, I had several designs to choose from. I was so pleased how easily they seemed to understand my vision. With just a minor change, my ring was on its way to being created. I received clear updates throughout the entire process, and within a couple of months, my beautiful memorial ring was complete. I highly recommend working with Abby Sparks Jewelry. You won't regret it.

The experience with Abby and Maddie exceeded our expectations. To create a one of a kind piece and feel that we were all equally invested every step of the way was a gift. We had a very large stone that was given to my fiance by his mother and we knew it was going to be a challenge. Abby and Maddie thought out of the box, were very timely in their responses and the cost was very agreeable. I now have this incredibly regal, romantic, one of a kind gift to celebrate just how lucky we both are to have found each other again after 23 years thanks to Abby and Maddie. Highly recommended!

I cannot gush and rave about my experience working with Abby Sparks' Team enough! The team designed my engagement ring and it was such a fun creative process. The final result was better than I ever could have imagined. Abby's team took several of my mismatched inspiration photos, asked wonderful questions, and came back with MAGIC! They were able to translate my ideas into reality and added their own finesse, wonder, and expertise. They are excellent communicators and made sure we were comfortable and aware of every step during the design process.They are true artist and visionaries! I am already plotting and dreaming of how to work with them again.

I’m not sure I can appropriately express how much I appreciate Abby Sparks and our designer, Maddie. I contacted them to design an engagement ring using my Mom’s diamond, something I had been waiting a very long time to do, and they absolutely blew me away with their professionalism, genuine care, and gratitude that I chose them to design the most important piece of jewelry in my life. My fiancé LOVES her engagement! We loved it so much that we designed her wedding band with Maddie, too, and it is the most unique, beautiful wedding band I have ever seen. Abby and Maddie worked with me to help create a stunning custom engagement that my fiancé still can’t take her eyes off of, to the point I occasionally have to tell her to keep her eyes on the road when driving. They used their creativity and experienced to coalesce my disjointed ideas into something more beautiful that I could have imagined. They absolutely crushed it.The whole process was transparent and the communication was always almost immediate. They worked with me within a budget, never tried to upsell me so I never felt any sales pressure, and took the time to educate and guide me through each step of a process that can be scary considering the investment. I felt comfortable the entire time. I can’t recommend them enough.

My fiance showed me Abby Sparks Jewelry when we started talking about getting engaged. I immediately fell in love with her designs - especially the cluster style. We initially tried to design a ring with a local jewelry store but it didn't work out. We me with Maddie virtually (which I was nervous about) but she made the whole process so easy and fun. She got the sketches to us quickly and her communication was great through every step. The ring she designed with us is stunning and we could not be more happy! We could not recommend working with Maddie & Abby more. They are such an incredible duo.As someone who was never into the whole wedding ring idea, I was skeptical if I’d ever find a ring that felt like “me.” From the start of our conversations with Maddie, I immediately felt at ease explaining that I knew nothing about what I wanted and instead just brought out random pieces of jewelry I’ve purchased over the years and explained why I was drawn to them. My partner and I have an infatuation with sunrises and sunsets and Maddie knew how to perfectly weave that into the ring.I’m so so grateful that all of the initial reactions from friends and family have been “it’s so you.” That’s all you can hope for.Work with this team - they wont let you down.
