How does one really rate a crematory, it was my first experience. While death is an awful experience A Basic Cremation was very kind and understanding. They helped me get through the entire process and were always there to help in anyway.

I received great service for my dad, I live out of state and Tiffany was wonderful and helpful through every step of the process. The cost was a godsend for me being on a budget. I recommend this place for when it is time for such services.

My son called a Basic Cremation hours before my mom passed away. They were very compassionate and helpful. After my mom passed, I received a phone call from Terri and she went over the whole process with me and informed me on my next steps. Terri was very nice and sympathetic and always offered to help if I had questions. She was always available on the phone or would get back to me quickly. Picking up my mother's ashes was a difficult time for me. Katherine met me at the door and after I signed some papers she handed me my mom. I broke down immediately. She gave me a hug and was very sympathetic.The price for the cremation and the death certificates was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend A Basic Cremation to anyone who is looking for cremation.From start to finish the process was smooth and I felt like I had people whom I could trust.

I was looking for cheaper cremation. I contacted all-state cremation about cost. They offered very reasonable prices. I glad they helped me out with this issue.

Terri was very helpful during the loss of our dear sister and the mother of our precious niece and nephew. She walked us through the Cremation process of how each step would happen from the time they picked up our sister until the moment we would receive her back again. The whole process took about two weeks. A Basic Cremation answered all my questions along the way and was very thoughtful the day I got my sister. They let me take my time in collecting my sister's ashes until I was mentally prepared.

Terrible. They bully and strongarm you for payment literally in less than 24 hrs and once you pay them, NO communication at all on their part.

A very kind and helpful place to handle the care of my brother's passing. Prompt service and no problems with the final chapter of his life. They were quick to get his ashes to me, affordable and very respectful of this difficult period. I would definitely recommend their services and I thank them for making this process as painless as possible.

Feeling lost and emotional over your love ones loss and making arrangements many feel taken advantage of however A Basic Cremation was not only a godsend but I felt I had been heard and they made the process as easy as it can be under the circumstances. I would tell any family to call them first and doing the process on line was helpful for me . Thanks for your kindness and genuine care of my Father .
