Has a serious mice infestation. My possessions were heavily damaged in just two months. The lease contract states owners are not liable for any damages. Even with insurance, that doesn't stop your possessions from being damaged. At the time I got a storage unit here, it was the most affordable place around. Now there are more affordable units in the area that are indoors with climate control for the same or lower prices. The business is also under new management that is difficult to get in contact with. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Low price and pay two months get the third free was what got me to sign in between leases, but you definitely get what you pay for. They changed management after my first month and since then it's been a mess. The gate never shuts anymore so anyone can access the units and there are sketchy vans constantly parked there. They don't have adequate security cameras or security practice in general, so I never felt comfortable going to my unit unless it was mid-day. Their new billing system keeps sending me texts saying overdue charges even though I paid my 3 months upfront and they don't respond to calls to remove me from this list. I got to the point of frustration where I left early and went elsewhere.

Awesome place. Prices are best in town. Just put your "stuff" in storage, pay your bill. That easy... rented twice. If I had to put stuff in storage I would youse them again. Assuming they had open units...Top notch...

I've been renting a unit from here for almost 4 years now and I couldn't recommend it more. Management is friendly and willing to work with renters. The location is secure and feels safe for my belongings. Definitely a great place to store your stuff.

Denver Self Storage is a great option for a storage unit. I've rented from them twice for short-term needs (less than 3 months each time). Price is less than the franchise places. Management is onsite and very helpful! Thanks for everything.
