Lori proved to me she could not only submit my taxes more accurately per currently Tax codes (annually changing), but also alleviate my stress...which is already high around tax season.100% worth her offices expertise and professionalism.

I got my taxes done on March 20th. Almost four weeks went by without a refund before I decided to check the state and federal websites regarding my return - both sites said that my return had not been recieved. I called AA tax and they said that sometimes it takes a long time, although they couldn't find my file and had to call me back. Within 24 hours they found my file and submitted it, but never admitted their mistake. Now I will be getting my refund a month later than I expected, in the midst of an economic crisis. Frustrating to say the least, especially since I paid $500 for them to do my taxes. Next year I'll do it myself.

This is my second year doing business with the amazing staff at A A Tax & Financial, it seems to get better every year. Nothing is better than getting your taxes done quickly and efficiently. Claudia has worked with me for two years. She very capable of answering any questions you may have, and she is also very happy to go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Overall just a very enjoyable and stress free experience. They have gained a life long client.

My third year filing taxes with them. Really enjoyable experience. I reached out to them when I had a problem that I didn't have a clue about on how to apply for a refund and they were really helpful and made sure that I got my refund right.

It's always such a pleasant experience when I go in to get my taxes done at AA Tax. I emailed my tax documents a few days before my appointment date and when I went in for my appointment she had already prepared my taxes for the most part! The appointment took about 25 minutes and I could not have been happier. Reasonable prices, I love how efficient they are, and I appreciate that they respect my time.

Once in the past they miss-added my numbers and I got penalized by the IRS and they didn't make it right. Now they are charging an arm and leg, off $700. Think it's time to look elsewhere; there have to be more affordable places. Regret stating with them so long

Their fees are outrageous. I paid $270 for an appointment that literally lasted only 20 minutes. This was a simple filing: two W-2s and a spreadsheet I created that contained a few months of expenses for a start up business.
