idk what their hours are but definitely not 24/7. showed up at 11:45 pm to a guy standing behind the desk doing nothing, yelling at me & two other people (aggressively) through the door that they were closed. full on waving his hands at us to shoo us away lol. I submitted a ticket through their website to get the hours updated. I’ve been earlier in the day before, and had someone different working (a sweet woman, didnt catch her name) so hopefully they can deal with whoever that was because it kinda seemed like he just didn’t want to work lol.

Andrea is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. She is more than patient And kind to all of her customersEven when they spilled an entire cup of coffee all over her desk. She’s a keeper and she deserves a raise I wish everybody had her customer service skills

I’m a regular customer and this is like the fourth time I came to 7-Eleven it’s 730 and it is Thursday, September 29 and I have been standing here 30 minute wait to get in the store the keys are in the door no one’s at the door no one’s coming out or saying anything it was more then 12 people who had left this is ridiculous and I will be up there bright and early to complain as well
