Pulled in here having the worst luck looking for something specific. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by Jay who had the most welcoming demeanor I’ve ever encountered in a public setting. He was so diligent in his service that he even walked me to the product I’ve been desperately looking for and it was the last one in their inventory! All with a smile and emitting nothing but kindness. He was speedy in his work ethic of getting people in and out with all they needed, having brief but fulfilling conversations with each customer. I was completely blown away, such a great team member with an upbeat attitude at a seven eleven in the heart of Denver!? I live clear on the other side of town and will only be frequenting THIS location anytime I need something. Not only was his service impeccable but the store was clean and well kempt and free of solicitors and beggars. Good choice on bringing him on board! Appreciate you Jay!

I go here fairly often. The cashiers are very condescending and rude to everyone they interact with. The security guards are even rude. They seem to be going out of their way to peeve customers. Very strange place.

Okay place to get things. Varying service depending on the person you get. Sometimes there are long lines in the morning when I have to get petrol.

More trash running this place than there is in the dumpster. They short change me every time. Today I asked for my change and she said we don't have any pennies. She said are we aposta' go to the bank to get yo change get outta here. I asked her name and she turned away so that I couldn't see her name tag. This was at 4:15 pm on 09/12/2023 rude rude nasty employees. And yes when operating a retail store you need to be able to give customers correct change. I used to manage an alta. we made deposits and filled the delay drop safe everyday so that the cashier's always had bills and coins to make change. The woman working was awful awful awful.

The night shift is a thousand times better than a day shift at this location the day shift is rude and mean to people when I told him something was this priced they told me that it was corporate responsibility to change the prices then I said don't get mad at me cuz I'm a consumer protecting my money she said only dogs get mad worst experience in a long time

This is my store! I live in the RiNo Art District and I love my local 7-eleven. Everything I walk in, I am greeted by the staff. They often have music playing and it creates a very welcoming and happy experience. When the staff is smiling, I know I'm welcomed. I am Latin and not all gas stations give the same experience. To see others who look and are respectful to me matters. I prefer this gas station over most because of the people here. Thank you George, Ty, and the 7-eleven crew. Your realness is appreciated.

Kita is an amazing woman who works at 7/11. She is incredibly professional, efficient and friendly. She got me all squared away getting gas today- making it an efficient and easy trip to 7/11! I used to live next to the store and every employee has always been incredibly friendly, with great energy and efficiency! I will always go to this store location over others! Thank you Kita!!!

Rudest and most ignorant employees I've ever come across. Not only do they have loud offensive music playing all day but will also make you stand at counter for over 5 mins while they stand around slapping g high fives and joking around. Not sure who the owner of this place is but they are sorry too

Pumps are capped at $75 and the employees here are incredibly rude. When I walked in to get a gas receipt, there were about 10 ladies behind the counter buzzing around and doing things, but no one at the register. After standing there for a few minutes being ignored, finally one came to the register. She printed out the receipt and handed it to me without any words or eye contact. So I took it from her and she scolded me because I could have given here a paper cut ? get real.
