I’ve gone here a few times and it’s always the same. The soda station is always gross, most employees seem like their heads are in the clouds and don’t have any issue wasting your time talking to each other or with the security guard and the fact is it usually has a lot of sketchy people visiting it. I can deal with all of that but tonight really made sure I won’t ever go back not even for gas. I was waiting in line to buy my stuff when a group of people walked in right as the guy at the counter was walking away after buying his stuff. The cashier lady had seen me and knew I was next in line when one of the guys who just walked in went up to her and started asking to buy stuff, the cashier lady ignored me and both her and the guy looked back at me with a dirty look and started talking like they were good friends. I left my stuff and walked out because this place clearly has no standards and the employees couldn’t care less about how they treat customer. I recommend going to any other store beside this one. Based off other reviews this place has terrible customer service on any day at any time of day. Only go here if you have no other option.

this place sucks. I just wanted a Slurpee. And they didn't have Slurpee. I'm very mad. I might cry. I wish the owner actually cared about me so that I could have my Slurpee.

The manager assaulted a homeless man single. Violated his consumer rights.He had money he was going in to get something to drink to keep out of the hot sun. April.12th 10:00 amDenver has an objective to not want to help people that are single therefore creating a drug problem so that they can therefore make money while being single.They do this by violating people's consumer rights. also do this by using a conspiracy against your rights in court.

Was there one night, great bouncer gave me a fist bump. Great bossman behind the counter, taquitos hit the spot that was busssssiing so hard. Also my friend took one of my hardest photos I ever had in my life right in front of this fine establishment. 10/10 if you are ever in Denver hit the place up.

This 7/11 needs serious help. The customer service is atrocious. anytime you go here be prepared to wait in line 15+ minutes due to the employees 0 sense of urgency and focus on gossiping w each other instead of on the customer. When you finally get to the registers no smile or greeting will be given. Recently I walked up w a $100 bill and before I could request what I wanted the low life at the counter said “I can’t break that, bye.” I explained that I wasn’t Asking for that and that I would like $60 worth of gas. He just kept repeating that “he couldn’t break it and that I had to figure out a way to break it myself?!” Like, what?! He didn’t even bother to help or even check the register… I know for a fact that they can go open the safe as well if need be. I offered to buy other things so that he didn’t have to give me that much change but he would not accept a $100 bill, it was so strange! I left very confused and upset. These employees need to learn how to communicate professionally and competently. I’m not surprised to see others have shared similar experiences.

Monday, 1/8/23, I used my Wallet through the 7-11 app. I loaded money on it to buy something and it would not take payment. It finally went through! The woman cashier was very patient with me. Very nice, sweet and helpful! Forgot her name! This crazy World needs people like her that have patience.

Pulled in here having the worst luck looking for something specific. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by Jay who had the most welcoming demeanor I’ve ever encountered in a public setting. He was so diligent in his service that he even walked me to the product I’ve been desperately looking for and it was the last one in their inventory! All with a smile and emitting nothing but kindness. He was speedy in his work ethic of getting people in and out with all they needed, having brief but fulfilling conversations with each customer. I was completely blown away, such a great team member with an upbeat attitude at a seven eleven in the heart of Denver!? I live clear on the other side of town and will only be frequenting THIS location anytime I need something. Not only was his service impeccable but the store was clean and well kempt and free of solicitors and beggars. Good choice on bringing him on board! Appreciate you Jay!

I go here fairly often. The cashiers are very condescending and rude to everyone they interact with. The security guards are even rude. They seem to be going out of their way to peeve customers. Very strange place.
