The employees will not honor listed prices of their products. Both items I purchased rang up as more expensive than their listed price, and the employee refused to explain why. Also, there’s a door that remains locked with no sign saying “use other door” so people keep grabbing it and realising they need to use the other door. Just a poorly ran store by uncaring lazy employees.

I used the 7-Eleven App on my phone and since the clerk was such a moron and couldn't figure out how to use the 7-Eleven wallet I decided to be a decent guy and instead of yelling at him to learn how to do his job I got back onto the app and used the mobile check out option and paid for the two items then went to show him the confirmation number he yelled no youre steeling this i showed him the actual store receipt showing him thar stores number and location along with the two items i purchased abd he continued to scream and even ( in front of other customers ) threatened to harm me. This store is hot garbage. The employees are worse thieves than the degenerate drug addicts that hold the street n storefront down all day. A one-star review is still a better review than they deserve.

I went to this store at 1:22am today and put $85.00 on my cash app card and paid a total of 89.95. I gave the clerk $90.00 and he gave me . 05 back in change. I have no money on my card and my receipt shows he charged me and then refunded the money which is DEFINITELY NOT WHAT HAPPENED. I HAVE CALLED THE STORE REPEATEDLY AND THERE IS NO ANSWER. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T THINK HES GOING TO JUST STEAL MY MONEY. HIS DRAWER WILL BE 89.95 OVER . THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IM ON MY WAY TO THE STORE NOW.

I will never support this guys business until he/she makes the property safer. At all times there is at least 5 drug addicts/homeless/drug dealers all around the property. It’s not safe, and cops are there weekly. He needs to shut down or manage his property significantly better than he does.

This store stole my money. Night clerk working 1/30/2024 at 1:22 am stole $89.95 from me. I was loading my cash app card with $85 plus 4.95 loading fee. The clerk rang the sale I slide my card and press ok for the amount. Hand him $90 and he gives me a receipt and five cents. I get home and there is no money on my card. I check receipt and notice he voided the sale. There are only 2 explanations 1 his drawer is over $89.95 or he put my money in his pocket. Called the store over 50 times and they hang up on me. Call customer service and they want me to send pictures of receipt and front and back of my card. Why in the world would I send a picture of my card number by email to a company that has already ripped me off for $89.95? And why would they need my card number for a transaction that never took place because the clerk voided it. I sent a picture of me, the receipt and the front of my card which should be plenty. All they need to do is check the cameras at 1:22am and watch the transaction take place. This is such bad business and 7 eleven should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this.

Literally ran inside for a second and someone stole my bike. I should have know better when I saw this place at night. I even purchased a drink for one of the homeless ladies outside and this is how I’m repaid. It’s my fault, I should have know better. Don’t stop here, just keep going.Bike stolen 8/14/23 around 11:30pm-12:30am from the back of our RV.Giant Trance bike. White with black and red accents. Tan REI bike bag with lights. Large frame, mens bike. Please if you see it, know it’s been stolen.

the night cashier let me leave with out my purchase and then told me it wasn't there and tries to reassure me no one else went n after me when I saw them enter. horrible service and liars to boot. thanks ??

Absolutely the worst store i have ever been to. The staff is mean and unwilling to help. They will ignore you even when you are talking directly to them. I have no idea why they work there if they really hate the job so much.
