Cashier intentionally charged me wrong when confronted he suddenly didn’t speak English

I went there this morning and bought stuff later today I find my whole account is gone with only 60 cents to my name I suspect that my card was skimmed. Reported to police.

If I could do 0 I would. Broken windows, disgusting facilities for customers, broken gas hoses. Don't bother.
