Been working with 4 corners & Phil now for about 3 years now. When I first started this process I wasn’t really sure what I was doing but the team has been always super helpful with any questions, concerns I have had about my business and the growth. Phil always there reassure any of my concerns as well. Overall I’m extremely happy with the team. They give me a great piece of mind! Would recommend to any landscape or construction company out there!

I have been using 4 Corners for the past 3 years. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to doing what they do. I regularly work with Norma and Michele and they are amazing. Very on top of everything. Tax time can be a little hectic, but overall a pleasure to work with.

The entire staff at 4 Corner are very helpful and courteous. I went to them because I am in the process of retiring. They have always answered all of my questions and never made me feel that any of my concerns were frivolous. I am sure that my business is in the best of hands for the future.

I've worked with Phil and his team since early 2022. I'm a first time business owner and working with 4Corner has been incredibly helpful. They helped me to solve a weird tax classification situation, as well as prepare our taxes, manage our books, and manage our payroll. The team that Phil has in place is great! Norma and Megan are the two I interact with the most, and they are very fast in their communication and helpful in explaining things to me when I have 1,000 follow up questions. I had the pleasure of meeting Philip and Catherine from 4Corner Business and they were both not only informative and knowledgable, but kind and understanding. As someone who is very inexperienced in all things business, they were a godsend. The fact they were willing to stay past office hours to help just speaks to their work ethic and office culture. 1000% recommend to anyone.

Updated review: the last couple of years have changed my mind about 4Corner. My original contact in 2021 Tiffany would be uncommunicative for days at a time. When I emailed for status updates, she'd be vague. I got no help filling out their questionnaire and because no one asked any follow up questions of me, I ended up being told I'd get a refund only to owe the feds $300.This year was more of the same. I thought I'd completed the questionnaire, but apparently had never hit send. No one got in touch to ask about it; I had to email asking about the status of my filing before I found out that the questionnaire wasn't completed. At that point I asked Cici not to file my return, I was going elsewhere. When I asked for a copy of last year's 1040, Cici sent me a screenshot of a file list, no explanation. Luckily I found a copy in their old system. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Quite literally the worst experience I could ever imagine with an accounting firm. Multiple times people either quit or were fired and ZERO communication about my account was passed along. After over half-a-dozen conversations about this they almost filed me in the wrong state causing me to almost owe $30k if I hadn't of caught it. They are negligent, lazy, unprofessional, and genuinely don't care.

I accepted a permanent position with this firm as a bookkeeper, and on the fourth day, Phil decided that it was best for his business to change my job title and salary to a lower paid position. What kind of business is this? I was not going to post this review, but after some thought, its best to warn future applicants so they dont have to suffer what I went through with Phil Zavala. Also, I heard from his staff that he has done this to previous employees - if there is an aspect about your personality that he does not like, he will pressure you so much that you either quit or put in less effort into the job because you are being put down. Horrible experience. BEWARE.Update: You did not offer me back the position you hired me for and trust me- I will never ever mention your company to any of my prospective employers in the future.Also, what a horrible way to reply back publicly to a former employee. It is not about the way you do business but the way you treat people.
