It’s cheap parking but you get what you pay for. New property management company is subpar. I had a rusty drip on my car and the property management company basically wouldn’t do anything about it. Only one elevator has worked since I started parking there two years ago. Thankfully they’re not that busy so the wait isn’t too long. Glad I left though.

Used it for years and my stuff has always been easy to access and safe. Price is reasonable and Todd is great and always quick to help and respond.

This place is a joke. First off management is never on site, the units are not safe at all. The storage unit doors are wood and are barely hanging on the wood not safe, homeless people are living in the stairwell, lots of mice every were, customer service was horrible, for the price not worth it at all. The place is dirty and dusty. Managers office is a small box only to people can sit in there. Please don't waste your time and spend your hard working money else we're.

I called the call center first to see about renting a unit and was told the mgr. would call me back. I spoke with him and made an appointment for the next day. So I went the next day and he didn't show up nor did I get a call back. So the ppl complaining about the management not showing up are correct. I felt like I was being screened for an apartment rather than renting a storage unit. My time is just as valuable as his but that's not what the manager thinks. Now I have to reschedule the moving truck I was planning on using. My advice is to stay away from this place and they probably did me a favor by showing me who they were before I spent any money with their facility.

2020 is the best storage please in Denver! The owner goes above and beyond. Even when I was a dope and forgot to bring my keys for my lock the manager came down and helped me remove my lock. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable deal. The best part about this storage is that all my things were safe no breaks ins! Plus there a plenty of cameras. When I removed my stuff it was the exact way I left it! GREAT PLACE EVEN BETTER EXPERIENCE!!

I moved to Denver in 2018 and didn't have a place to store my things. I found 2020 storage. THE BEST STORAGE EVER. The neighborhood is safe and the storage tenants are nice, at least the ones I've ran into. The staff, especially Todd, has been wonderful. He reminds me when my payment is due, and he makes it for me, mainly because I'm lazy and don't have time to go onto the website to do it... When I first rented my unit was to small and he was kind enough to give me a larger one at floor level. I don't have to worry about rodents, thefts or anything else that most people worry about when renting a storage unit. My agreement is only from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but I can call them and let them know I need to access the unit after hours and it's done. 2020 is the best and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR STORAGE NEEDS...

There is no rating bad enough for this place. 20/20 storage has stolen or sold all of my belongings. They claim to have thrown it away. But there was an expensive keyboard, two good computers, a television Nearly New, flat screen for the computers, The claim is that they threw it all away. I have no idea how long I paid rent on an empty space. Now explain the logic to me. You are cleaning out a tenant who has always paid their bill. And yet you threw away a new TV. And an expensive keyboard piano. 2 excellent computers. A really nice blue leather recliner. And more that I don't even remember. So it turns out that they still have my blue recliner. And another keyboard that I was storing for a friend but be kept for some reason. I'm telling you now do not rent from these people. Most likely I am going to have to sue them. I am checking into putting a lien on their business. Warning warning warning these people had my email and my phone number and yet they sold all of my belongings. Leaving me no idea how long I paid rent on my unit that was empty. One by the way 20/20 this is just the beginning. I am going to haunt you until you call me with a check. Good day Jon M Kidd

One of the managers, Robert, covered up my storage unit being broken into over 6 times. Don't recommend this place to anyone. And Robert also refuses to get customers in touch with owners so complaints can be made about him, he instead calls the police and bans people from the premises.
