Though there are not much options in Delta but it is better to stay away from this hotel. It doesn't look very safe and rooms are just okay. Breakfast area is to tight and just in front of check-in area which looks quite odd.

The rooms were clean….. so me and a friend of mine stayed there they could not get their TV working or their air conditioning….. We booked two king rooms online…… when we got there, he gave our rooms away to somebody else…… Then try to do other charges after the room were booked and paid in full

Safety and security are not there. The back door to the hotel is broken in an open and unlocked position. The door handle for our room had notes to let us know that the door handle is not 100% operational. So management knows it doesn't work the way it is supposed to. My family including my 2 kids under 4 and our dog got locked IN the room. The door handle became completely unusable from inside the room. The solution. .. they requested we use DUCT TAPE to hold the door latch from functioning. Safety.... we can't leave the room. Security... we can't let the door latch. The people working the front desk did all they can. The MANAGEMENT is too blame. Choice hotels should no longer associate with this "quality" Inn.
If you value safety, I would stay somewhere else. 0 out of 10
Update....
The GM sent a copy paste reply to the review that the hotel asked me to complete. Just another lazy effort to do next to nothing.
Rooms: Bad sheets, bad window, bad bathrooms, bad smells
Safety: NO SAFETY
Keys and doors do not lock or unlock without great effort.
Walkability: Great proximity to down town

A man banged on our window and yelled at us to get out of the room. The lady at the front desk handled the situation well and cops showed up.

Bed was a little bit rough and old and the vending machine was empty. Continental breakfast left little to be desired muffins were tasteless and dry.

First and foremost, the place is spotless, the building itself is very nice. What made my stay impeccable was the staff The gals that worked the front desk sooo ? nice,, I live in Ohio and come see my parents that live here in Delta and look forward to the breakfast every morning and they've got great coffee. They're very nice to me and my dog can't say enough about the place the staff makes it happen. I will say this that cleaning crew gals impeccable. I leave them a tip every time they do a fabulous job making these room spotless and they fold the towels like you would get on a cruise ship in the bathroom. That's pretty cool. You can definitely tell the cleaning end of the building is the staff that make it happen. I Appreciate this place. From what I understand, the door credit card style door lock entry old school is getting changed here in the near future that's going to be a plus ?????✌️♥️?????

The room was covered in a fine sand. Beds, floor, furniture. We arrived late, exhausted, and the front desk guy couldn't get anything correct. Our address, membership, etc we finally git checked in. Receipt wasn't emailed. Then the new TV would turn on but nothing else. I called the front desk and he said he would be down in 15 minutes. I went down the hall to see if he was busy, he was just chatting with another employee. Customers don't matter. He finally showed up 25 minutes later when they saw me standing in the hallway. The TV wouldn't connect so they wanted to move us upstairs at 10:30pm. I showed him the sand, he said he would remind housekeeping. No care.
Terrible service, terrible room.
Just say no.

Not sure about anyone else but my personal experience with Choice Hotels has been very well. Everyone in both Days Inn and Quality Inn has been great to me especially, Michelle, Ehsaan, Naeem, Sara and Marni. Thank you for your hospitality, will see you soon! ?

Great place to stay for a short visit or a quick passing trip through the area. Clean rooms, free hot breakfast each morning, friendly staff and location is close to everything in town and highways
