After having an absolutely horrible experience with the Toyota dealership in Montrose, Hellman made everything right and did a great job. Definitely recommend them for servicing your vehicle. Very professional, accommodating and thorough.

I don't think I've had a better experience trading in a vehicle. I traded in my Jeep for a used hybrid, and everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I got a fair deal with no pressure. It's not like a big town car dealer, and I recommend them.

I hate to do this and more but this isn't a family place this place I was hired to work and and due to my daughter having some mental issue and more I had to take off on my second day to get her help Ryan the service manager fired me for this. It is sad a man who is. A fire fighter and service manager would fire someone over trying to get mental help for there 12 year old

We have always taken our 2006 Jeep Rubicon LJ to Hellman Toyota when mechanical issues arose and always received satisfactory service. In November 2020, the rear main seal was leaking, took the Jeep in, it was fixed without problem for the cost of $570.00+ and all was good. The rear main seal started leaking again in February 2022 (13 months and 5,000 miles later). Got the Jeep in the service department and after looking at it, was told by the service advisor that it was not the rear main seal but rather the two hard transmission lines were leaking and the cost to fix was $640.00+. I explained that I do have mechanical knowledge and I #1) was able to see oil coming from the rear main seal and #2) the drip under the Jeep was motor oil, not transmission fluid. I asked them to please have the mechanic look at it again and advise. I never got a call back so a couple hours before closing, I called, spoke with the service advisor who stood by their original diagnosis. I told them I was on my way to pick up my vehicle, do not work on it. Took the Jeep to a local certified ASE mechanic for a second opinion (did not tell them about my Hellman experience) and he confirmed the rear main seal was the source of the leak. Needless to say, I felt lied to by Hellman service and if I did not have the mechanical knowledge that I do, they would have scammed me out of $640.00 for work that was not needed and it is my opinion that they did not want to stand behind their original repair of the rear main seal and fix it at their cost. Sorry to say, I will not be returning to this dealership for service or repairs on any of my vehicles. My trust in Hellman Toyota service has been broken over this one incidence - their loss.

I have purchased all of my vehicles except 1 at Hellman Motor and I don't even live in Delta County. Prices ARE competitive and the customer service is the best anywhere.
