“With sadness our local Grand Junction stores closed. I went to I Advance for everything and had made several friends at my store.
I had a few items that I needed to return so I drove down to the store in Delta where I was greated by a very positive and enthusiastic employee Karen. I did not have any receipts and wsa hoping they would be able to look up my profile. Unfortunately she was not able to do that but she jumped through some hoops for me and logged into the old GJ store database and found them!! I can't say enough about her dedication to customer service and positive attitude. She is a rose among the thorns and Advance should be very proud to call her a team member.
