This company customer service is horrible and the quality of their place is a Zero. The value definitely is not worth the stay and trying to work with this company is pointless.

I have a storage unit at North Side Storage that they manage and I absolutely recommend them. They have spacious units, they're clean and well lit. I know my stuff is safe and I can access my unit 24 hours all year. They have worked with me before and have always been so kind.

Called to speak to them about an issue with one of their tenants. The receptionist was rude and She hung up on me. I called back to speak with the management and she still continued to be rude.
