I purchased a service plan. Basically my oil changes have been prepaid. After several oil changes of having to prove to management that I do not have to pay for my prepaid oil changes it was finally put in the service records. My other concern with service at this dealership is that without fail, every single time, I have to go back in and have someone clean up the grease left behind I my light colored interior. That is not an exaggeration unfortunately. My other problem is that approximately a week after getting my oil change my vehicle still smells like burning oil. Today I decided to just accept it rather than deal with the women behind the counter. I've had decent luck with the gentlemen. At least I've never seen them shake their heads, roll their eyes, or give me attitude. I hate to even bring this up but I'm a woman with a customer service job. I get it. But the way they treat me is just plain insulting. I wish I had never purchased that plan so I could just go anywhere but here.

Dave was fantastic... listened to what I was looking for and was able to get a truck that fit my needs. Robbie worked the numbers and was able to make a deal work. Both of them made the whole purchase easy and painless. Thank you both!

I purchased a new F-150 from Interstate. Dave was great! He is very knowledgeable and showed me only the vehicles I wanted to see, and answered all my questions. I drove a few, we talked, got my questions answered, and negotiated. After sleeping on my decision, I came in the next day to finalize my purchase. As I requested and Dave promised, it took literally 60 minutes total to go through the extensive features of the truck, and execute the little bit of paperwork associated with the 1.9 % financing. Mike in finance was also very respectful and professional, and, as requested and agreed, did not spend any time trying to upsell me on extras.Job well done guys. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I lost all trust for this dealership. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, I realized that my $500 deposit had never been applied to the purchase price. Had I not realized it and reached out a few times about it, I doubt I would have gotten a refund.

This is how our vehicle came back after a service. Broken part, fixed with a plastic zip tie?!?! Leaking oil, due to under tightening the filter. We would have asked them to replace the broken part if they had the common courtesy to let us know. Will find a dealer that actually knows how to communicate with their clients. Very disappointing.

Had the best experience with this dealership! Thank you to Jeff, John, nick, Kelly, and Adrien for all of their help. I found out I needed my transmission replaced and was able to trade it in and get a car I absolutely love. They made the whole experience so much easier. Highly recommend!

Once again, Interstate Ford has treated my old girl well! I won't take my F-250 Super Duty anywhere else. Always friendly, always fast, always reliable! Simply put, Interstate Ford is a rare dealership which actually understands that treating people right, will have them coming back for more!Well I’m back, and they are every bit as good as they’ve always been! I truly am impressed. I bought a new car from Interstate Ford, I worked with Kelly. Super nice guy, I highly recommend you look for him if you want to have a positive experience purchasing your next vehicle. Interstate Ford is an interesting place to visit even if you’re not in the market to buy a car. They have some pretty cool cats and trucks in the showroom. The waiting area is impressive, a big glass wall allows you to watch the folks working on your car or truck!Kelly, thanks, we had a fun time looking for a Bronco! I’m adding some pictures of “Pulga!”

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Shame on me for letting them bait and switch on me twice. Called ahead to ask if they could handle a specific Ford recall on my Explorer. Allen said yes, they were able to install that software update. I dropped the car at 7:20 am. The service rep convinces me to buy what turns out to be a completely worthless ‘battery check and service’ and an ‘induction service’ that she claims is required at 30k to keep the car in warranty. The ‘battery service’ was a quick metal brush of the terminals and a ‘check’ that states ‘battery okay’ without any evaluation of the amount of charge or a recommendation about cold crank power remaining. The induction service is NOT mentioned in the owners manual and the results of it or what it entailed are not shown in the invoice. When I came to pick up the car ten hours later at 5:20 pm the work apparently had not been started because the car was not in the garage bays and I was informed it was not ready. I was told ‘’that’s why I told you it would be between now (5:30 because I had to wait while she argued with the person before me in line) and 6:00. I went to the waiting area and that’s when my car was pulled into the bays for service. The car was suddenly ready less than 20 minutes later. Paid almost $300 for no work and, here’s the kicker, none of the recall work was done. The service rep said ‘you shouldn’t have been told we could do it because we don’t have the update from Ford yet and we don’t know why they keep sending out letters saying to get it fixed.’ This is almost an exact repeat of an experience I had there in March, 2023 when I was upsold to an expensive and unneeded oil change when I brought the car in for the same recall notice. This dealership is not good. I have written to Ford about this incident.

Very happy with my new Mache E. Ryan was super helpful from the time I showed up interested in test driving them. He helped me to pick out the best one and was available after I purchased for any follow up questions I had.Ford interstate superseded my expectations as far as customer service.Even if you’re not considering buying, consider using Ford Interstate for your cars maintenance.

My Ford Flex needed the notorious water pump and timing job. Interstate offered competitive pricing, factory parts, and a fast turnaround. They even did some diagnostic work for me to make sure I wasn't wasting money on fixing the engine. My car runs so much better now!

Absolutely fantastic and easy buying experience going through Interstate Ford. Ryan was nice, straightforward, and easy to work with. No low balling on trade-in, and the paperwork went smoothly and I believe we were there total for less than 2 hours. I highly recommend the dealership and Ryan!

Impeccable service. But most important, two qualities that are hard to find in a dealership, they told the truth without pressing me, and gave me the best deal of any dealership no questions asked (and I've been to a lot of dealerships). Placed an order for my new car in June. It arrived just 4 short months later, exactly as I ordered it! Kelly was awesome to work with. He showed me how to setup the Ford App and showed me around my new car. John came over to say hi while we were taking care of the paperwork. Everything went so smoothly and I was done in about an hour. We will be back to buy our new truck in the future!
