I would refer this place to just about anybody.I sent a friend to pick up a part for me. An Alternator and when we got it back home it was the wrong Size canna, so we returned ithat. A nice young lady who was on her 3rd day of point. There took the pulled alternator from my vehicle and went out and got the one that it matched up a 100.. Very friendly. Very smart very pretty and she don't mind getting dirty!She seemed to love her job and that was awesome her customer service alone would bring me back In a heartbeat! While there I enquired about a couple other items said i'm gonna be needing for my and their prices are beyond belief, very reasonable, to say the least. Very kind people and very family oriented like the nice man who started this business many years ago. Your hours are great monday to friday 8am -5pm and saturday 9am -2 pm. Table pull the part you need or you can come in and pull it yourself and get it a little cheaper that way they were very fast very efficient and not but they were doing 2 cater to what I needed. Now that's good business. Thank you very much you're so helpful and so very nice kala you don't see or hear that too much nowadays. And yes I would refer this place to anybody and everybody, Call ahead and and robbie will Take care of whatever it is you need.

Customer service is atrocious at best, rude, short, no returned calls, got hung up on 3 times, and I tried to be nice and understanding they may be busy…Not the case. Complete disregard of my request to check for a specific part that showed in stock, got told she may or may not call me back in a rude manner. Never experienced this from a company I wanted to give money to! This business needs new management or ownership NO QUESTIONS ASKED! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

Have been here multiple times for aluminum cans and metal recycling. Price is fair and they have always been great to work with. The staff helped me find a spare rim and tire for my work truck, again fair with pricing. Never used them for vehicle repairs so I cannot review about that. Overall pleased with the service I have received over the years of coming here.

Do not do business with this company.I would leave no stars if I could. Took my money for a part they didn't have. Guy said he canceled the charge but it went through. Confirmed with bank. Been trying to get a refund since right after Thanksgiving. Got a run around 4 different times on the phone with 3 different people. Now no answer the last two weeks. Going to dispute the charge with my bank.

Elliott, Tanya and their crew have been so helpful. As expected from a salvage auto parts location, you have to have patience since parts you want need to be pulled out and some parts are big that will require a crew of 3 or 4. Their price is great too! Thank you, Elliott, Tanya and crew!
