We called Mike's at 2pm and with no appt. he got us in and had us back on the road by the 11am the next morning! I'm sure not always the case.

“I just bought a car this week at Rickenbaugh Infiniti and can report that I was very impressed by the service of Lexi Davis, my client advisor. She was a pleasure to deal with, organized, honest, and knowledgeable. I can also say the same about Bryan Bonner, her sales manager. From the first activity which was a virtual real time tour to the test drive, and purchase without extra fees, this dealership has their act together. So much different than the first dealership I visited the day before. There I had an appointment to look at the same model car but had to wait one hour, a salesperson who did not accompany me on a test drive, no virtual tour, and a dealership fee of $700. With Rickenbaugh with Lexi and Bryan it was all the opposite and they had a more competitive price to boot. Needless to say, they will be the first dealer I check with for future car purchases!”
