Worse place to stay I got woke up at 130 hearing the people above us to EVERYTHING ! When I stay at a hotel I don’t expect there to be zero noise but I don’t want to hear EVERYTHING! I am disgusted

Power was out from the snowstorm. I couldn't check in. Ended up driving back to Colorado Springs. Maybe next time?

EVERY employee in the hotel and casino are wonderful. Very personable, kind, helpful, and informative.Rooms: The rooms are also very clean and well stocked. Absolutely love the views and the decoration. The housekeeping staff is amazingWalkability: The casinos is right across the street, including dining. And a hotel officer shuttle that can take you to the other casinos.

beautiful building, didn't go in but they aren't kidding when they say it's the highest casino in the u.s. it is in cripple Creek and the drive up is amazing and the views are great.
