Most staff is wonderful and friendly, always wearing a smile. HOWEVER never work there. The managers and head people actually FIRE their staff through a text message. I had a friend that was FIRED through a text message when they were sick and had a doctors note stating they had tested positive for strep throat. They later went on to test again positive for Covid after the 4 days of anti-biotics from the doctor. Apparently from a doctors tests and notes that you are legitimately sick is not good enough. They weren't allowed to go into their office to collect their things either. Everything she had there was left to be taken by other employee's. What a sad joke of a deal. The person right before her was fired at day 87 right before benefits kicked in and she was fired at day 86. Makes you wonder kind of. Two in a row right before benefits? Like seriously with a doctors note that was sent from the doctor let alone all they could manage was a text message saying they were let go and to not return? WOW such class they have for reals

Fun casino grouping. Unfortunate that people just sit in seats and not play for hours. Should be someone to help move them along or get them back to playing. Or sit by older, less used machines

Love coming to Cripple Creek! This is my 3rd visit and so far this is the only casino I have visited. Haven't won much, but have fun each time! ?

They removed a lot of the video poker for some reason. Looks like the rooms got remodeled, suites are fantastic but for some reason can't reserve them online any more. The regular rooms have a fridge and microwave which is great and the rooms are super clean. I played with their casino card and they offered me a free room for the next night which was night, I declined as I had things to do. Rooms are not on the cheap side either for a single queen. Front desk was super nice as was all the employees. Will be back for sure !!
