Superb quality imported olive oils & vinegars, they had a tasting table & everything I tried was as delicious as the next, I definitely recommend this place if you like to cook or eat, very well priced, awesome atmosphere, beautiful town. Some Aged 12 years !

A must stop if you’re near Creede. You can sample all of their olive oils, avocado oils, even balsamic, and they do infuse a lot with various things like garlic, mushrooms, peppers, and much more. I took a bottle home with me and can’t wait to try it out!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the company. She took the time to explain how the oils and balsamics are made and aged and it was fascinating. I love the Dill Pickle Balsamic and the Kalamata oil.... the cook book and cocktail book are originals. Worth your time and purchases!
