“The pharmacists and techs are easy to work with, and do a good job of making sure I get my prescriptions on time. If a prescription is more than expected, they let me know the amount just so I am aware of the cost. I went in for a flu shot today. I was able to schedule an appointment online, so I just showed up at the correct time and got the shot. Cecilia was the person who gave me the shot and she was so pleasant to chat with (and distract me).”

“Not great for big purchases. If you’re planning on buying multiple items to donate, stock up, or couponing its better to go to walmart, dollar general, or family dollar. Their policy states “Walgreens reserves the right to limit merchandise” which is a pretty vague statement, the limit could be whatever they choose. For a small purchase its a good store
After calling to corporate a few times things have gotten a lot better at walgreens. Staff has been friendly”

“Very pleased. It took two hours from calling my doctor in Ga. to getting a text from the Cortez Co., pharmacy that my Rx was ready. I think that is pretty fast service. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the pharmacy from the pharmacist to the Rx Tech to the cashier. It was a pleasant shopping experience. All personnel were customer focused. Thanks.”
