They charged me $10 instead of $5 for renting six blankets (reluctantly refunded $5 when I challenged the charge), and also charged me a $15 "cleaning fee' for not folding four of the blankets upon return, I see nowhere on U-haul contract where folding is required, They could not show me where this requirement was in the contract and refused to refund the charge. If you rent here just be careful to get everything in writing and be present at check at inspection to avoid extra charges and take at least minimum insurance to avoid debating damages on the oldest of old trailers, better yet rent across town at High Country Storage, much better customer service.
