I go in this store often for many things including Amazon Returns. Reading some of these recent reviews about customers complaining about the store regarding their amazon returns because the customers do not follow directions is a huge shame the store has to take the negativity on this. This store is amazing every time!
They've helped me ship valuables to family members and have packed them perfectly! They also always listen well and make me feel taken care of. Thanks UPS Store!

Went in to take care of some pressing business. Sam took care of me the entire time. Made the experience enjoyable. I would def recommend using this location.

Wow, I've been told that this store has some of the worst customer service and I didn't experience it until today. I was asking questions about shipping with Amazon and they acted like I was an idiot and the women helping me kept getting interrupted by the other who was NOT helping me. Then I had to pay for an extra box when originally my items were shipped in 1 unit and I was told I had to pay for 8 inches of tape.
I'm stunned how unprofessional they were. This store is lucky that Amazon forced me to walk into this store to return my items. I will not be going willingly for shipping or print.
There is a reason why this store has a reputation.

This is my favorite UPS store! Amy and Sam really went out of their way to help me with my cumbersome package. They were super friendly and so very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store because of these two extraordinarily helpful ladies, no job too big or too challenging attitude. Five Huge Stars!

Quote I got for printing is not what I was charged at the store. They charged j$17.00 on top of the 65 cents a piece for 20 copies and that was with a discount! What’s crazy is I used to work there and this was not the standard procedure. This is the first negative review I have ever given. Another thing is I had emailed the files on Wednesday morning with a note asking to pick up on Thursday. When I arrived at 4:30 Thursday, they weren’t printed and then the fella printed a lot of them out landscape instead of portrait . With an excuse that the program decides how they print. If I wasn’t pressed for time, I would have not even used your services. I certainly won’t again.

I went in to ship a birthday gift. Amy & Sam were extremely helpful. They went out their way to help me find the perfect size box. They packed it for me, entered all the shipping info and found the best rate. I have been to this store many times and will continue to ship from this store.
