Conifer Staples is awesome. Always Great customer service and support. Phillip was exceptional at not only helping me pick out a laptop that fits y needs, he unlocked my old laptop to transfer files.

The Conifer/Aspen Park Staples location has always been friendly but today they were super accommodating handling a return on an office chair when they really didn't have to be. The process was so simple and friendly that I almost couldn't believe it. This is the way things used to happen. Companies trusted the customers and vice versa. I am proud to have this store in my mountain community. From management to cashiers, many thanks.

My hard drive was failing, and Phillip installed a new hard drive and was able to transfer my data! It took a little longer than we anticipated, but that was because my old hard drive was so corrupt.

Alright, attempt 6 at writing a review maintaining any resemblance of professionalism.
Teach staff that button downs or dirty work clothes get the same customer service treatment. I've had splendid experiences in here when I had my nice attire on. The one time I wear my dirty work clothes I get some weird demeaning attitude. This store was just more convenient than going down the hill to Best Buy. I can assure you I won't be back. Better luck next time not royally pissing off the next contractor. ?

Not a good equipment for scans or prints. They were also a bit rude when I came in trying to explain a scan I got a few weeks ago had lines in it. I simply asked if they could scan it again because I assumed that there could have just been dirt or dust on the scanner and it wasn't a big deal. They then tried to tell me I was seeing things or that the lines were on my artwork or I was just seeing the cracks on my screen, even after I explained that the lines were very clear on the computer and on my own test prints as well. I was trying to be polite and I understand that scans sometimes don't always come out perfectly, I even said I was willing to pay again but they had an attitude and I could hear them talking about it when I was literally standing right there. Not sure why they had such an issue redoing a $3 scan. Regardless the new scan still came out with lines so obviously the scanners here need maintenance or are not very good quality, the scan is unusable so I will have to go elsewhere anyways. Was very disappointed because I got another art scan and print a couple years ago and the women who helped me then was very kind and helpful and they turned out great.

Showed up at 745 pm(store closes at 8) and doors were locked, girl at the register just decided to continue sitting at the end of her register instead of letting us in, take you money elsewhere.

Went in late on a Friday night to print and bind something. The woman working the print section was absolutely incredible and insanely helpful and quick at getting me what I needed.

Traveling through and need to print a shipping label and ship federal express. UPS picks up in store and in the parking lot of this center is a Federal Express box that picks up daily at 5 on weekdays. Very nice staff and kind.

I tried to avoid going into that store at all cost. Amazon beats all their prices has more reliable service and better customer service for sure.
