Dr. P has been very exacting in his care for our pets. His staff has helped us through the loss of 2 pets. Very compassionate and caring. We take our other pets here for care and treatment.

These guys have been providing us dog care for the last 9+ years. It makes me sad that this has bad reviews. There is only one doctor and he has limited resources. That doesn't mean he doesn't care and that he is a bad doctor. Far from it. He has always done right by our family and when we have lost pets, they hurt right along with us. He has tried to get more doctors, one retired, and one didn't cut it. So, what is he to do? He does his best. Folks, if you pet dies it isn't anyone's fault. It is their time and no amount of care will change that. There are other places that will take all your money to try to save your pet, knowing full well that your pet will die eventually or have a lesser quality of life. I don't want that. I love my pet too much to put them through that. Dr. Palmini knows this and is very honest.

THE WORST VET EVER!!!!! If you want the worst care for your animals from people who don't care about your animals in ANYWAY, then, absolutely go to this pathetic excuse for animal care. I have been to many vets that are below par, but this vet is the lowest of the low. The staff is unprofessional with no follow up and I am disgusted by how terrible they all are there. I have been waiting for a month to get a NEEDED prescription. A prescription that I was told by Dr. Palmini, he would refill. I have had to call MANY MANY times and send MANY emails to try and get Dr Palmini to follow through on HIS words of refilling this very very needed prescription. I am getting ghosted by a place, I am paying for. PATHETIC is the only word that can describe this poor excuse of vet. My cat is getting more and more sick and no one will follow up with me, even though, the doctor is aware of my cats situation, since the last blood tests showed her going from hypothyroid, to hyperthyroid. IF you want to waste your money on a place that has no clue what they are doing, then go to Sano. They also DO NOT offer alternative medicine, as was stated in another review, because my cat has been exposed to extreme amounts of mold and when I tried to ask Dr. Palmini about helping me detox my cat with a binder, he fought me on this request. All the while, my cats are getting more and more sick. Again, they don't care!!! EXTREME WORST VET EVER!!!!!!!!

My manx cat had lost a lot of weight, I called Sano hospital, explained she was very thin. Kind of amazed I had to wait over 1 1/2 weeks to bring in a SICK animal. This was during Covid, they would not let me come in. I explained my cat was not only a strict indoor car and had had not been in a vehicle for over 8 years at that time nor ever left with strangers. She was acting fine at home before I brought her there......until I left her SHE DIED AT THEIR OFFICE- i got a phone call to tell me she died!!! I believe the stress of being left alone finished. NO I didn't want to leave a star

Dr. Palmini and staff are great with dogs and cats. He is very gentle, caring and knowledgeable. I've recently moved so it now takes 90 minutes one way to visit his business, but I would not change as I trust him. He is also very good with senior animals. I fully recommend Sano.

Was looking for a reasonably priced vet to get my dogs teeth cleaned. They were extremely friendly at the front desk and in the room. Dogs teeth look amazing and they took such good care of my fur babies. Will definitely be going back here!

As always, Dr. Palmini takes the best care of Charlie. He truly cares about Charlie and we are very thankful for him because he has been Charlie's doctor for 7 years. Your techs are so great and love Angie as she always knows us and our history. Melissa helps us get set up for appointments and medicine when Charlie needs it. She has been a constant help. I don’t know what I would do without this vet clinic. I’ve used them for all of my pet care and always have a great experience. The staff is great and the prices are very reasonable. My dog was hit by a car recently and they took him in emergently without question and met me at the door ready to go. They took excellent care of him and set me up with an orthopedic surgeon that day.

I'm giving them four stars because their service is great. The only thing I really don't like is the animal hospital that you have to go down into Denver on holidays when Sano closed. If you don't have an emergency, try to wait until Sano's open, because that hospital down in town charges you for every little thing and it feels like they come to you with a price list menu of what do you want done versus them just telling you this is what needs to be done.

We are summer residents of the Conifer-Bailey, Colorado area. Dr. Palmini has been taking care of our pets for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and efficient and our pets have gotten excellent care. No matter the problem the people at Sano Animal Hospital will treat it with excellent care.
