This Conifer O’Reilly’s is my local store, and I want to support these guys. But it’s hard to justify it when you’re just flat out ignored as a customer.I used to work retail, and I know how difficult it can be these days when everyone is short staffed. But it’s pretty inexcusable for me to stand at the counter for over five minutes without even being acknowledged, despite being the only customer in the store while several employees can be heard talking in the back.Another employee eventually came in the store with a customer, obviously helping them with something. That’s great and totally understandable! However, just say something to me like “Hey, sorry you’re waiting I’m just finishing up with this person”. At least something so it doesn’t feel like I’m being blatantly ignored. The final straw for me was when the several employees in the back came out and continued standing around talking, while I continued standing at the counter being ignored. All I wanted to do was pay for the stuff in my hand! Instead, I walked back to the aisle, re-shelved the products I was going to buy, and drove down to the new Advance Auto Parts down the street. They were much more helpful, and I will be shopping there from now on.

Absolutely none of the oil drain plug washers fit my drain plug, bought 3 different kinds and none of them fit even though the website says all will fit my car. Pathetic.

This place has been satisfactory as auto part store so far. Prices are definitely higher than the autozone about 30 minutes down in Littleton but that’s expected I suppose

Vince was awesome helping me find the right blower motor for my old chevy! Really went above and beyond to help me figure it out.

Vincent went above and beyond to help me out today. Came by to get my battery tested, and not only did he cheerfully come test it for me in the parking lot, he went out of his way to install a new one for me. Great service and great attitude. I’ll definitely be back.

Got new wiper blades replaced and check engine light checked. Vince helped me and was great! He recommended a few things for the O2 sensor. We chose a cost-effective one. I will let you know about that. I will definitely always go here!

Customer service - ? People waiting in line but the counter guy goes in the back to put away a few returns instead of helping the line of people.

Stood in a long line and the cashier ignored me and helped someone else who came in after me. Slow, unprofessional.

I want to be able to support this local store, but find it impossible to get service. In the last three weeks I've stopped by 3 times and waited in line for a total of 35 minutes. I've still not been able to make a purchase as I've had to leave due to timing. I'm not in a rush and folks need help, but the lack of any sense of urgency is unacceptable. More so, the fact that there were three employees in the back chatting instead of ringing up sales is very frustrating. One employee came out, saw the big line and headed out for a smoke. A little pep in your step when getting a part. Opening up a register when the line is long and someone needs more help with a sales person. Anyone acknowledging our presence saying, "Appreciate your patience folks, we'll be right with you." Any of these basic, fundamental customer service pieces would go a long way.

Clueless on turning brake rotors. I’ve done it for years when I worked at Napa. I’m now a manual, NC and CNC machinist with more lathe experience than I care to admit. They look for any excuse to get out of machining them in order to sell you new rotors. I Mic’d my rotors before I took them over. I guess 1.5mm isn’t enough meat for them to successfully resurface.I bought new premium rotors at Napa for a little over $130, which were $70 cheaper for the pair than ORielly’s cheap rotors. Their Premium rotors are pushing $250 a pair. I took advantage of a 20% off sale.I think Oriellys doesn’t understand or care that people will drive to the new Advance Auto just down 285, or NAPA up in Evergreen for better parts and service.I won’t be back to Oriellys.
