I have been coming here for years! They have new ownership and have gone through new technicians. I was not as pleased with the service. I'm bummed because I really enjoyed goin. We shall see.

Got me in for a pedicure last minute and were willing to give me a manicure simultaneously since I didn’t have more time. Great massage chairs. Both technicians did a great job and the massage was very good, relaxing and not rushed. Felt very pampered. Nails are beautiful. Will definitely go back when nearby!

I got off work early and was excited to get a pedicure and a little self care. But this sadly was one of my worst pedicure experiences ever.
I asked for a deluxe pedicure, she tried for 5 minutes to upsale me to the next level. But I knew what I wanted. From that moment further she was not only rude in her mannerism but also in every way she handled my foot.
After a short soak she cut my cuticles very erratically, and than proceeded to cut my toe nail thinner with her cuticle clippers.
I stopped her the second I realized what she was doing. I mentioned how I was scared of ingrown toenails and that the toe now hurt, and was pink and inflamed from her over manicuring. She got offended, didn't offer a sorry and proceeded. Than I stoped her and told her sternly to not do the same to the other foot. The entire rest of the service was rude, abrasive handling and no communication. I'm so disappointed, I wish I could just get a good pedicure close by.
Do better?! Please!
Being rude and mean to a customer stuck in your chair is unacceptable and so unsettling. I sat anxious for the rest of my service.
So sad to see a complete lack of customer service and care. I will never be back.

Not even 4 days since my nails were done here and they are chipping and breaking when all I've been doing is laying in bed with a cold (acrylic nails). That is partially my review is low, along with the fact that same set of nails cost 2 major different prices within 3 weeks of each other and that 4 nails are completely different colors than the rest. Last time I blow a bill on any service here

Marginal at best. The lady who did my pedicure massaged like a second grader and the guy doing my manicure massage was terrible. 130.00 total which I wont be going back

Absolutely horrible. Been going on and off for 2 years in hopes it gets better. They are impossible to understand and pressure you (2 ladies yelling at me about what upgrades I needed) to keep spending even more money. Pedi chair broken and cold water flooded so process cut short but charged an extra $5 to taking off the "gel" polish from my past "gel pedi" but I did the polish myself. Did the mani while in the pedi chair so it was awkward with equipment. I'm an easy going person but was so stressed over the whole experience and could not wait to get out of there. One star cuz they showed up.

I have been going here for a long time, my nail gal left the business a couple of months ago. My only problem is how they are always asking for cash, sometimes I have cash on me and sometimes I don't, they actually asked a customer last week no cash, go to ATM, she said no, I will not go to the ATM, I will use my card, by the time I was done mine came out to more then I had in cash, so I had to use my card, they are not happy when you use your card, if you don't like accepting credit or debit cards, make it a cash business, but I think you will lose business. I just have an issue with this practice, they are always asking customer's while I am there, you pay cash, you pay cash. So with that said, I am going to find a new nail salon, I don't like to feel the pressure from them if I don't have enough cash on me, I always pay my tip in cash, and yes, I have forgotten to get cash on occasion, but don't make me feel guilty if I don't have cash. I feel guilty when I go in there without cash and I feel pressured. I just want to get my nails done. Thank you.Services: Pedicure

I’ve been going here for 5 years and it always been hit or miss but today was the last time I’ll be giving them my hard earned money. I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve been in they really push hard to up sell for the deluxe or spa service. It’s almost impossible just to get an express mani and pedi. I say no thank you and they then ask 3 more times to up sell! It’s no fun having the pressure. That’s not the worst part! Quang took my card to run my payment while my nails dried. I said 15% gratuity. He took it upon himself to add an extra $5! When I spoke up that 15% would total $85 yet the receipt showed $90. He wrote $85 and I signed it yet I was still charged $90. What kind of unethical business does this?!? Are you kidding me? It’s MY decision, my credit card, I’m at a loss for words. Please tell all your friends in Conifer. ? I know I will. And by the way, $90 is Denver pricing not Conifer pricing.

Honestly, I would rather go down the hill, but because I'm on a time crunch, this is my go-to place. They are a bit aggressive when asking what color you want. I like to take my time & pick a color I won't hate, but they ask numerous times as you are trying to decide, which makes the customer feel rushed. I did get my eyebrows waxed & it was $15. By the time they were done, they shut the lights on me & walked out. I thought that was very rude. They do a nice job on your nails, but the customer service could be better.

Throughout the years of going here I haven’t been fully satisfied but whatever I got done, got the job done. This most recent time I got my nails done, the lady did an excellent job with the color and application of the acrylics but normally when getting a manicure you expect to get your nails cut (she did cut them, but not all of them and did a rough job) and your cuticles cut. I would be expecting those outcomes for the money paid. The other time I got my nails done there. There was acrylic Under my nails and the job was kinda sloppy but this time I’m satisfied.

Not even deserving of 1 star! Not impressed at all. I can do it better but was treating myself for a special occasion. Pedicure wasn't relaxing. Can't count how many times I told her that her trimming my cuticles & filing my heels hurt. (Now my feet are sore the next day.) Multiple people at different times working on my hands & feet resulted in mismatched shaped & nails. My fingernails were filed down shorter than the tips of my fingers. Very hard upsell offers more than just a couple of times. Still have calluses on my toes. Hard to tell them what I want or ask questions because they didn't seem to understand or speak very clear english. Tried here because I had a gift certificate but will definitely stick with Harmony Nails by Safeway from now on. UPDATE: The polish on my nails started cracking within 2 days and within a week, so much of the polish and chipped off my fingernails that I had to purchase nail polish remover while on vacation to remove the polish because my nails looked awful. I also had to find a salon for a pedicure because my toe nails themselves were catching on my socks. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyways) I will NEVER go here again & I DO NOT recommend that anyone go here - gift certificate or not!
