Erin Hoover helped us find our forever home We met Erin in May 2016. We walked into her office on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. She spent several hours with us reviewing the real estate market in Evergreen and Conifer areas. Since we lived out of state she kept us informed of the current listings and sales via email and personal conversations In March 2017 after we sold our home in California, Erin helped us find the perfect home in Evergreen and coordinated inspections and made sure we closed in a timely manner.

I recently sold my rental property in Aurora and lived in Conifer. I found Erin Hoover at the Conifer Keller Williams office. My rental property had been completely vandalized on the inside and outside. I had at least $45,000 dollars in damages. Once I evicted the renters I began to work. I was prepared to work a long time and pay other contractors money to repair it. Erin called and I described what had happened. Thankfully she understood the problem and asked me if we could meet at the house. When we met at the house she walked around a few minutes and suggested I sell the house as a fixer upper. That was a great idea as I was not excited to spend 2 months fixing the house instead of working. I thought about it for a day and called her. I had expected to list for $275,000. During the discussion she said it will sell at $300,000. Also she explained what the minimum amount of work was needed to get the buyers in the house comfortably with the work being on their part. She had targeted a type of buyer I wasn't to informed about. I agreed, hired a contractor for a couple of days and listed it for $300,000.00. I was hesitant but in only 2 days I got a full price offer. I couldn't believe it. Erin nailed it on price and work. Also Erin was great to work with. She was always professional, very informative, responsive, organized and knew what to do right away. We closed in less than 30 days. I have referred her to a few friends. I couldn't say a bad thing about her. It went so fast compared to months of work I had originally planned to do. WHAT A TREMENDOUS RELIEF. Thanks to Erin Hoover!!!

Erin Hoover is very unprofessional and unorganized. It's real estate 101 to bring keys to the closing. We signed a mortgage with no keys to the property. When called, she was rude and refused to courier them over. She hung up several times. She was flustered the entire process. I had to drive out to her office to get the keys. And how much do they make off the sell? She never returned messages regarding items in the garage. She failed to have the staging furniture removed before our final walk through. She often got properties and appointments confused. Also, when I went in for my keys, they didn't even ask for my id. I could have been anybody. I do not recommend her or this office. It's obvious that she had chosen the wrong career.

Brent Ballard was the most professional, understanding and responsible realtor I have ever met. He was absolutely fantastic through the whole process. I would suggest him to anyone buying a home. He was on the ball at finding homes in our price range. Once we picked one and had a contract he even met us there multiple times for us to get measurements and look around, etc. He was at the closing and helped explain things to us. I'm a very proactive person and it surprised me to have someone who was even faster at responding than I was. Again, choose Brent!!
