If I could give less than one star I would. I went in on one Sunday 10 minutes before closing and they wouldn't take me. I came back the next Sunday to a two hour wait and the hairdresser was rude and appeared to be put out when I said I would come back Wednesday. I got online Wednesday at 10 am to check in early. NOPE 120+ minute wait. I immediately drove to Sportclips and was treated like a king. I will never go to another "Great" clip.

Shannon C. completely butchered my son’s hair! My son is freaking out, saying that he doesn’t want to go back to school. Total hack job. Corporate hair salons are a joke. We’ll never be back!

This was a terrible experience going there! I went In to get my hair cut and asked for the length to be no shorter than my collar bone and my bangs to be Diagonal! I showed her multiple photos of how the length should be! Went over in detail what I wanted! When she was done the hair in the front was at my chin and she cut my bangs straight across! My hair looks butchered! It is by far the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. There is no way to fix how bad it was butchered!! Would never recommend anyone to go there!!! The phot with dark purple hair is one of several photos I showed for the length and the one with the pink shirt is what it looks like now!

If you go to the Conifer Great Clips, make sure you don't get Heather as your stylist. I've never had any problems with anyone else there, but Heather messed up both my mom's and my hair. The biggest issue I have with it is that she did it on purpose. I got a simple buzz cut and she made a bald spot on the side of my head. She was rolling her eyes the whole time she was cutting my hair and I wasn't rude to her at all the entire time, even after she shaved a portion of my hair off. These are trained professionals, beware of "accidents" when it comes to Heather. Shannon is awesome though, so it's not all bad at the Conifer Great Clips.

I take my son to this great clips. They make getting a hair cut fast and simple. They keep on file what was done last and are affordable. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and talented.
