Had them install a lift, had to come back 5 times, was still never right, guy said hed been doing this for years, well sounds like you havent been doing it right. We stopped calling them after the 5th time it broke because they cant seem to do anything about it. Lift broken 9 times after they" fixed it" now were throwing it away after only 5 years. Avoid.

I emailed 2 times for a quote for lift service. Once on their website contact form, and once directly. No reply's.

About a year ago, we had Beck's Automotive Lift Service inspect the lifts at our shop. They invoiced us for $425, which we paid. They indicated our lifts needed some work and they would provide that in writing, along with an estimate for replacement. To date we have received nothing, despite repeated requests for such. Six months ago, in frustration I asked for a full refund. No action on that either, to date. Kind of like working with a black hole - sucks all your time and energy. While we have moved on and replaced three lifts, we write this in hopes of helping others avoid this fate.

WOW... How do i began ... ever since the lift was delivered to there shop , nobody called to say they received the lift until i had to call the supplier and had them call Becks only to say they had spoken to me and that was not the point at all NOBODY called me , so forward 3 days later after text messages and messages left that had never been returned they bring my lift and not anchor the lift and now it shakes and moves forward and makes a vibrating metal noice. Its been 3 weeks today since i called to have it anchored to the floor and now i will be waiting for the manager to call and maybe get my auto lift anchored . I hate to leave a negative review ,but being this has been more of a head ache than a positive i feel the need to prevent anybody else having to deal with the same issue and loose revenue over it shifting forward in risk of it crushing an employee or damage to the vehicle.
