Zero Rusty Wlliams Aspen Park is so lost he does not know if he is coming or going! Glad I got him first on the line to show me what kind of people are handling this institutions money. Run the other way! RUSTY Would not let me talk to anyone in charge there! Likethe Twilight zone!Everyone go to a Credit Union better benefits, better service!

Stay away from Bank of the West! They are being taken over by BMO, which is the worst financial institution I have EVER dealt with. Completely unprofessional and scammy. I have been banking for over 40 years with numerous banks personally, and I do accounting for a living, so have dealt with many financial institutions commercially as well. In all the years with all the banks, BMO is BY FAR THE WORST. They have a pile of my money and I cannot shake it loose from them; they had no problem taking my funds from my other banks to open BMO accounts, but now suddenly they can't seem to get them transferred out when I need them. I am preparing to file complaints against them with the BBB, FDIC, OCC, FRB, SEC, any agency that will listen. I sure wish I could give zero or negative stars.

This is such a great bank for the last century. A week to have funds available everytime you make a deposit. That is almost helpful. Moving to a real bank

hands-down, worst Bank ever! Outrageous fees, only one ATM up here you're allowed to use and that's at the bank, they deny charges because the system says they are fraud when they're not, then charge me for those attempted charges, the app never works ever, their machine says they're open on Saturday when you call the branch, then you drive to the branch and they're closed. The drive-through is never working, when it is you sit in line for half an hour with one car in front of you. Tellers are exceptionally slow painfully slow. It goes on and on and it never ends with this bank. Avoid at all cost!!!

Worst bank EVER! Its not just the outrageous fees for not using the atm at the bank, the ONLY one allowed up here without fees, its not just that the app rarely works, its not just that you sit in line in the drive through for 25 minutes with just one car in front of you, its not just that the algorithm is programmed to wait, weeks if needed to charge atm fees so you go negative, then can charge a negative balance fee (proven, documented, and shared with the bank, but no changes ever made), its not just that they cant keep the same tellers working there, (wonder why) its not just that when you call just to check your balance, because the app isnt working, that they treat you like a criminal and say, " how do I know its you, I cant give you any info"; its not just that fraud charges happen long AFTER your card is no longer valid, and they approve it, its everything. Ive been with them for years, and they just did it again. Their system messed up AGAIN, charges these little amounts, as a previous reviewer mentioned, for no reason at all, these miscellaneous random charges sent my account negative, then changed back on its own, but still managed charged me the fee. No more!! I cant believe this is one of my banks.. Not any longer! Without a doubt, worst bank EVER!!!!!! Only reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is the manager there is first rate. She is constantly fixing problems with my account. Should I have to call monthly to have my bank fix mistakes they made???? WORST BANK EVER!!!!

All these people leaving negative reviews clearly don't understand what's going on at this bank. Since the pandemic BS, they've been seriously short staffed and doing the best they can - it's why they have longer service times, weird hours, and only drive-thru service right now. Every time I've needed anything, they are always wonderful about helping and I've gotten great customer service! But then, I am a patient and kind person who believes it doesn't cost you anything to just smile, because you never know what someone else is going through. When you understand that there are only 3 employees at this bank right now, you realize they're doing a fantastic job under a lot of stress!! Lighten up, people.

The people are nice, but I have made numerous trips based on their website hours, only to find the drive through closed at random times. I can't understand why they would close the entire bank for lunch, knowing that's a busy time and not bothering to let your customers know. I did talk to the mgr at one point and he said "oh that's weird". Come on guys! We have patience for your staffing shortage, but help us out. I can't keep making special trips at random times hoping you'll be open.

Never again will I use this bank there's a reason it's nick named "bank of the worst", they are very good at scamming people watch your account little charges just appear out of no where and they won't say a word about it, worst customer service in banking.......

Both banks in conifer and evergreen closed. Mobile banking not available.Other banks are open and functioning.I just ordered 250 checks. I want my money back!
