“Dan was my hero tonight! I was having some battery issues, when I called to ask about what one I’d need, he talked through everything with me. Discussed which battery would be best, if I’d need a mechanic to install it, if I should just tow it there so he could check if it even was the battery. In the end, I was able to get it jumped. But then my rear hatch wouldn’t close. So I made my way to Oreillys anyway and Dan ran the test, helped me trouble shoot the rear hatch problem, we got it fixed and helped me pick out a jumper box for next time. He was so patient and helpful and a great end to a hectic afternoon. Thank you so much again Dan!”
