There are several great shops and restaurants here. Some stores are on the 2nd floor. I'm not sure how to get to the 2nd, so I do not know if the 2nd floor has handicap access (I haven't looked), but access is outdoors.

Pretty nice activity/ shopping center. In the parking lot from like April to late October/ November every Tuesday and Wednesday while it last they have a Fantastic BBQ truck that has some Delicious foods. Best selling is the Potato salad sells out often.
