There are several great shops and restaurants here. Some stores are on the 2nd floor. I'm not sure how to get to the 2nd, so I do not know if the 2nd floor has handicap access (I haven't looked), but access is outdoors.

Located in the foothills above Denver, great shopping center and reasonable prices, preventing having to travel to Denver Metro area.
