Never answered a phone call. I called 8 times during the “least busy hours” and can’t didn’t answer once. Just let customers know that they don’t take calls so they don’t waste time.

Wells fargo thinks that the government shutdown will only be a small impact- I'm taking all my money and putting it into credit unions. No banks during the government shutdown- wells fargo can use their significant assets to lobby in favor of the government to getting back to work. Until then Im done with banks

The worst wells fargo branch to ever exist. I have lived over here for 9 years and continue to watch this branch and their service go downhill. I avoid it at all costs because it’s pretty much useless going here.
