I came in to start new lines worked with Adam he was absolutely amazing through the whole process of getting me set up. It took a few days to get me approved && he was supportive && patient the whole time. Once all four phones came in he made everything so quick and easy! We stayed here 1 1/2 days here it was busy but very nice staff , cautious and showered were clean and large loved our stay .We sure will be coming to stay at this TA next time we're up here for sure .

I took my truck, just a box truck to do express oil change. First the supervisor directed a trainee to enter it as rapid oil change which apparently means something else. When her shift was over, another lady came in and directed the trainee to enter it as express oil change. Now, I asked for express because I did not have much time to wait as I already had a load to deliver in LA, CA. It took 3 sold hrs for the technician to finish the express oil change, not because it takes that long, but because the technician was jumping from here to there and for sure did not know what he was doing. When I was told he is done, he had only changed 2 filters, the Freightliner box truck has 3 filters. He went back to change one more. When that was done, the vehicle could not start, apparently he had not done something right, another senior technician came and corrected him and the vehicle started. When I went to pay the bill, there were 3 steps of oil change that I should have seen and should ask the technician to show me if I did not see him doing. I approved the bill, thinking I will go to the technician and he would show them to me when I'm taking out the truck. When that time came and I asked him, he replied with an attitude, "now what don't you see?" I told him never mind; I did not want to lose any more time. Whatever he did to the truck I'm not so sure it was all fine because the truck brought on engine check lights which I had to drive with till i could find another repair shop. I tried to ask the senior technician, he told me they would go off after a short drive. I drove more than 300 miles when they're still on and had to truck the shop for another phase of repairs for the problem I did not have. Though the oil change was shoddy and took too long to finish which wasn't necessary, I was billed $551 compared to $365 that I had paid at Speedco previously moreover the speedco bill included greasing which my TA technician did not do as that would be another billable work. - Exuberantly charged, - for shoddy work, - got extra problems and had to pay for another repair services, - lost time and nearly missed my delivery appointment That is my experience with TA and tell me why I should ever go TA or advise anyone else to go there?
