Do not go here. I had to go to a real Verizon store to undo the incorrect phone they gave me. It took 6 hours, total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store the first time.

Went three days straight no one was there or able to help me no matter what time I went. My order was returned not once but twice. Manager was not even able to help. I left my info to get a call back no one eve called me.

I came in to start new lines worked with Adam he was absolutely amazing through the whole process of getting me set up. It took a few days to get me approved && he was supportive && patient the whole time. Once all four phones came in he made everything so quick and easy! We stayed here 1 1/2 days here it was busy but very nice staff , cautious and showered were clean and large loved our stay .We sure will be coming to stay at this TA next time we're up here for sure .
